<p>Franklin Central has now won two straight after knocking off Jeffersontown (KY) last Friday and then outlasting Southport in triple overtime on Thursday night 57-55. The return of superstar junior wing [player_tooltip player_id='1552625' first='E.J.' last='Hazelett'] III has certainly helped the Flashes. There were no stats available at the time of this posting, but this was a big win for Franklin Central over a Southport team that had been having a really good season.</p>

<p>Prep Hoops Indiana Class 2A #9 Northeastern placed four scorers in double-figures to move to 12-0 on the season with a 77-48 win over Lincoln in the Wayne County Tournament. Senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2628156' first='Noah' last='Payne'] scored a team-leading 21 points while [player_tooltip player_id='1578433' first='Landon' last='Scarrette'] added 15 points. Big man Sam White chipped in 12 points and 7 rebounds while Tre Vanlandingham rounded out those in double-figures with 10 points for the Knights.</p>

<p>Junior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2541107' first='Aiden' last='Coffey'] scored 16 points to lead Shenandoah to a 68-37 win over Blue River to begin the Henry County Tournament. Coffey is a big time three-point shooting threat averaging 17.3 points per game for the 8-2 Raiders while shooting 50% from deep on over 70 attempts.</p>

<p>Another game with no stats available, Mooresville came from down 37-24 at the half to defeat Franklin Community 66-54. The Pioneers outscored the Grizzly Cubs 21-2 in the fourth quarter. Senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1278896' first='Anthony' last='DeFur'] has been having a strong season for Mooresville averaging 13.8 points and 4.1 rebounds per game while shooting 35% from deep while classmate [player_tooltip player_id='2245720' first='Brevon' last='Burns'] adds 13.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per game.</p>
