Brandon Ramsey | Prep Hoops Scout
A recent standout at the Metro Indy Fall League, Burns is ready for a big senior season at Mooresville High School. His mobility and skill level at his size really standout when watching him play. He can operate on the perimeter, make open catch-and-shoot shots, or put it on the floor and attack the rim. Then, inside, Burns has the necessary size and strength to play through contact. We are glad to have him make his debut in our rankings heading into his senior season.

Burns was one of my personal favorite players I had the opportunity to watch at The Expo simply because of his incredible athletic ability at his size. He put down a few impressive dunks on the day and used his verticality to be a rim protector on the defensive end as well. The 6’5″ forward was always involved in the offensive action whether it was as a scorer or facilitator that really showcased his versatility. You could say he was the wing with the highest motor on Sunday. An under-the-radar wing/forward out of Mooresville High School that small schools need to take a look at.
