Northern Michigan Rankings Risers and New Additions: 2025

We've also added some kids who have deservingly made the list. Sometimes the remoteness of the UP limits the exposure for these boys, but that's where guys like us come in. He recently inked a deal with Michigan Tech and they hit a home run with this kid. Workhorsse. In the gym nonstop working to improve his game and his strength. Stacking up double-doubles and shattered Marquette's long-standing rebounding record. Stepping into an LSSU program that is on fire right now. Last year a sweet 16 team and this year they have been in the national top 10 rankings as of late. Gavin will shore them up in the guard position next year as some key players will be graduating. Gavin surged to the #50 spot in the combo guard position and it's likely he could be much higher. He's quick and relentless on defense. A pure shooter with a wide range. Is receiving multiple GLIAC offers in football and I expect to see the same in basketball. Has all the tools to be a solid D2 basketball player. Never seen the tall-awkward phase with Kyle, a testament to his time spent in the weight room. Shows up to play every night. Tall and athletic and is very smooth and comfortable around the rim. Shines in the trenches and isn't afraid to use his size to dominate the paint. We went to the video archive and boy was it loaded! Enters this list with a SOLID resume, including multiple varsity letters, Breslin experience, and a grassroots campaign that was top-notch. Very athletic and can shoot and score from about any spot on the floor. The Rambler's only loss this year was to a tough Beal City, so they are rolling. We will keep an eye on the Cadillac matchup on Feb 11th, as it is set up to be a solid game. Northern Michigan Division 3 regionals/quarterfinals should be a dandy this year, with teams like: Harbor Springs, Iron Mountain, McBain, Maple City-Glen Lake, and Ishpeming swirling through my head.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
