The bouncy swingman led all scorers with 19 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assist. Gemberling did a great job moving without the ball, finding soft spots in the defense with flex cuts along the baseline. Matlock netted a three and was able to get downhill multiple times, finishing at the rim or dropping in floaters. He shot 6-6 from the foul line including 4-4 in the fourth quarter. Gemberling is averaging 13.7 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists per game while maintaining a 4.2 GPA.

[player_tooltip player_id='2046356' first='Cade' last='Lomas'] caught fire in the second quarter with 11 points. He had all of his points in the first half, finishing with 14 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 block. Lomas drained three three-pointers and had two buckets in transition. Cade is one of the top shooters in the state, able to get hot in a hurry. He has battled some injuries throughout the season but when healthy he has posted 17.5 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals a night while shooting 38% from distance. He holds a Piedmont offer.

Givens broke loose in the fourth quarter, scoring two And-1s to help the Chiefs beat Woodstock 65-62. His first bucket was a reverse layup while his second hoop came out of the pick-and-roll as he scored six points in the decisive frame. In total, Noah collected 11 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Givens was right on his season average, posting 11.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per game on 65% shooting from inside the arc.

Jahmar mashed on the gas in the second half and nearly led the Wolverines to victory. The freshman scored 13 of his team-high 17 points after halftime to pair with his 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. Maurice had nine points in the fourth quarter with some acrobatic finishes at the rim. He shot 7-7 from the line including 5-5 in the fourth. Before Maurice looked for his own offense, in the first half he was finding success as a drive-and-kick distributer. Jahmar to no surprise has been arguably the best freshman in the state of Georgia with his impact averaging over 20 points per game. His dynamic downhill assault and ability to finish with both hands makes him one of 2028's elite.

Cam is steadily developing into a very reliable performer for the Wolverines. With casualties across the roster, Smith's role has increased weekly and he has delivered. Camden's defense sparked his offense early on, getting a pair of steals and turning them into transition hoops. He did that thrice throughout the night as he finished with 12 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals. Smith showed off his shooting range as well, hitting a three out of a crossover.

When Josh's hands weren't in his jersey, he was making an impact on both sides of the ball. Schulze recorded 10 points, 9 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals and 4 blocks. He scored out of the screen-and-roll game, got on the offensive glass and maneuvered for buckets with his back to the basket. I was really impressed with his defense, walling up to alter shots. Josh's development will need to be expedited with his newfound role on the team. Schulze took the first step toward his ceiling with a steady night on Tuesday.

Jalen played sparingly but I loved his effort when he was on the floor. Graham provides a high motor on defense. He has active hands when guarding the ball and can earn deflections, steals and even block shots. Jalen made some positive plays with defense being his calling card.
