Sierra is a dynamic playmaker whose flair and creativity make him an exciting player to watch. He has a knack for delivering eye-catching plays, whether it's his explosive pull-up jumper or his ability to catch fire from beyond the arc as a confident three-point shooter. A tough and fearless guard, Sierra consistently attacks the paint and finishes effectively against bigger defenders. As a lead point guard, he's equally impressive in the passing game, finding tight windows, sharing the ball unselfishly, and setting up his teammates for success. On the defensive end, he moves sharply and disrupts ball-handlers and passing lanes, often getting his hands on the ball. A smart and impactful player, Sierra has been instrumental in the Hawks' 7-7 start against strong competition, and small colleges should take note of his ability to contribute at the next level.     Richardson, the point guard for the Dolphins, exemplifies leadership and playmaking that any team would value. The Washington University (MO) commit, Smith, combines basketball intelligence with a polished skill set that makes him a standout player. A sharpshooter with a smooth and efficient release, Smith can light it up from deep, capitalizing on quick shot opportunities. He's equally effective off the dribble, using his speed and creativity to attack the basket and finish plays.
