<p>The 8:30 A.M game on the final day at the Beach Ball Classic usually doesn't have many people in the gym. Prep Hoops was in attendance and caught<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1782657' first='Neiko' last='Mundey']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2242399' first='Cameron' last='Mise']</strong> both really have solid games. </p>

<p>Prince George's Christian Academy defeated Berean Baptist Academy (NC) 74-55. </p>

<p>Mundey a guard finished with 29 points on (11-19) shooting from the floor. Neiko who has received several High Majors is a shot-maker on the floor. Mundey is scorer who can finish at the rim and just generally make tough shots on the floor. </p>

<p>Mise was nearly perfect today (12-16) from the floor while connecting on (3-4) from downtown to finish with 28 points. Mise a UNSIGNED Senior guard has limited recruitment according to the coaching staff. Cameron really showed a quick release while possessing good shot selection at all times. That should surely change with his play here at the Beach Ball Classic this week. </p>

The left-handed Sanders has a very good overall skill set with his ball handling and decision-making skills. He can rebound the ball or make that extra pass to a teammate. Josiah will rebound the ball on both ends of the court very effectively.</p>

<p>Pace Academy (TX) sneaked by Our Savior Lutheran (NY) on the final day of games at the Beach Ball Classic 48-45. Pace Academy is coached by former Latta HS/University of North Carolina/NBA player Raymond Felton. </p>

<p>Left-handed forward <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2476666' first='Aeneas' last='Alexander']</strong> led the way with 21 points and 8 rebounds today. Aeneas has a nice touch on the floor and really shows to have a good skill set from the perimeter. He was able to knockdown some three-pointers while handling the rock at times today.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1809881' first='Amari'Yunn' last='Blythe']</strong> is originally from the State of Michigan. Bythe was able to finish with 9 points here today. Blythe is a very athletic young man who has a quick 1st step to the basket. He plays the game with a very good motor and constantly looks to be in the middle of all the action. He previously attended Beecher HS in Flint, MI. </p>

Buckingham a point guard is really quick side to side with the ball in his hands. He really likes to operate with his left-hand at the rim despite being right-handed. </p>

<p><strong><em>Lions Defeat Rough Riders for 2nd Time this Month</em></strong>: </p>

<p>The Winston Salem Christian Lions defeated the Balboa School Round Riders 66-53 on the final day of action at the Beach Ball Classic. The Lions defeated back earlier in December 2024 on the Grind Session in Mayfield, KY. 76-69. </p>

<p>The Lions were led in scoring by <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1672479' first='Bradley' last='Floyd']</strong> and<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1201605' first='Alex' last='Pissis']</strong> both with 13 points apiece. Floyd has a great frame to finish at the rim. Bradley was able to get downhill and finish strong at the bucket for the Lions. </p>

<p>Pissis came off the bench and only played 15 minutes but provided instant offense. Alex is a very confident shooter from behind the arc. Junior <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1280937' first='Tyson' last='Thompson'] </strong>plays his game down low in the paint. Thompson finished with 11 points while scoring all of his buckets 2 feet in from the rim. Tyson is the son of Winston Salem State University Men's Basketball Coach Corey Thompson.</p>

Caetano is quick with the ball and really likes to use the bounce pass to find an open teammate. Paulo will take a charge at times and surely looks to run down every loose ball it seems. </p>

Josue really plays with a relentless mindset on the boards while stirring up contact all game long. BwaBwa works inside the paint on both sides of the block. He really does show a nice shooting touch while on the foul line. Josue finished with 13 points and 7 rebounds in the loss today. </p>

Moreno and his Great Crossing HS Warhawks team defeated Ridge View HS 74-62 in the 3rd place game at the Beach Ball Classic. Moreno finished 31 points and 17 rebounds while connecting on (13-16) from the floor.</p>

Junior point guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1679970' first='Yale' last='Davis']</strong> added 13 points in the loss. The Blazers fell behind early and just never could catch up. The Blazers were behind 59-37 after the 3rd quarter. </p>
