Toussaint Malukila, 6'11 C Paul VI

Malukila has established himself as one of the top prospects in the class as he controls the paint for a talented Eagles' team. The 6'11 post has a nice touch around the basket and is able to draw contact down low. Malukila has an underrated handle and has a high release on his free throws. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his length to swat shots around the basket. Malukila already has a 20-15 game this season and is looking to have more games like that over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='2700396' first='Ahmad' last='Cook'], 7'0 C/PF West Side

Cook has started off his varsity career on a high note as he had three double-doubles in his first four games. The 7'0 post prospect knows how to get position down low and finishes nicely around the basket. Cook can draw contact in the post and is an underrated passer. He is tough to keep off the offensive glass and blocks almost everything around the basket. Cook is getting more comfortable scoring the ball around the rim and his confidence should continue to grow as the season progresses.

[player_tooltip player_id='2628237' first='Ibrahima' last='Cisse'], 6'9 PF Paul VI

Malikula isn't the only 2028 post prospect making an impact as Cisse has been making plays down low as well. The 6'9 forward has a good touch around the basket and is able to draw contact down low. Cisse moves well without the ball in his hands and his range extends out to the three-point line. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his length to disrupt shots on the defensive end. Cisse has been more confident down low for Paul VI over the last couple of games, which will help his stock throughout the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2628239' first='Yu' last='Lyu'], 6'8 PF Hudson Catholic

Lyu has shown his skill so far this season for the Hawks and is looking to continue to do that this season. The 6'8 forward is comfortable putting the ball on the floor and finishes nicely around the basket. Lyu rarely forces shots in the halfcourt and can pass out of the post. He works for rebounds on both ends of the floor and is an underrated defender. Lyu is gaining more confidence within the offense, which will help his development over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='2427984' first='James' last='Maida'], 6'3 PF Hopatcong

Maida has made his impact felt right away this season as he leads the Chiefs in both scoring and rebounding. The 6'3 forward has a good faceup game as he can put the ball on the floor and knock down open jumpers from behind the arc. Maida knows how to finish around the basket and is a solid passer. He rips down rebounds on both ends of the floor and is able to get deflections on the defensive end. Maida has a pair of 20-point games so far this season and is looking to increase that number over the next couple of months.
