Duckett has already been playing some good minutes at O'Dea, playing with pace, attacking players off the bounce and showing how effective he can be darting in and out of gaps. He also has a good feel for working in the pick and roll, attacking bigs that come up and then buying his time to get a good passing window to the roller or identifying the right pass to swing it back the other way. He was really impressive in the Curtis Classic against some tough competition and will be a name to watch in the coming years.

Dollar is a quick guard who brings good energy to the floor and shows the qualities of a solid two-way point guard already. He can get up in ballhandlers on the perimeter, has a good feel for directing and controlling an offense, and knows how to set up his passes with the dribble and ball fakes. He'll be a bigger contributor next year and has already shown some flashes that he can really play.

Rigney has shown some excellent instincts and reactions on both ends of the floor, and it's a big reason why he's second on his team in scoring (13.6), assists (2.5), and steals per game (2.9). He's got great hands defensively and knows when to take chances, registering at least a steal in 16 games and 2+ steals in 12 games. He's come up in big moments and is already a player Foster leans on to make plays as they make a push for the Kingco Lake Division crown.

Hess is a lefty guard with a good motor who's already having a big impact at Ferris. He has good awareness on both ends, showing he can press ballhandlers and capitalize on their mistakes, he sees the floor well in transition and looks to get the ball up quickly, and works well in the half-court in two-man actions. He showed how impactful he can be behind the arc at the Pro Insight Pop-Up right before the season, and is a guard who shows a good understanding of the game at a young age.

Smathers is already starting and playing a key role at Pilchuck, doing a lot of playmaking for them and showing the creativity needed to incite an offense. He can score a bit too, showing a pretty good stroke out to three and has the aggressive mindset to attack gaps and work his way to the hoop.
