2028 Names to Monitor Part 2

In this first update of the rankings, there are a lot of players who have a long way to go but have a ton of potential. Hughes has a small role on a veteran Ashland team but will be a much bigger factor for the Tomcats next season. Quick at getting into the paint, Nicholas has the ability to finish through contact or get to the rim and get himself to the foul line. An excellent finisher, Howard plays hard and is active on both ends of the court. CJ has great size and is going to grow at least 2-3 more inches before he's done (in my opinion). He's got some polish around the bucket and is comfortable stepping out to shoot a three.
