Up from No. 46: Electrifying scorer flat out strokes the ball from distance. Is more than a one trick pony however. Has a quick first step to the hoop and finishes above the rim. Averaged 34.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 4.5 steals last season. Spent time with Game Elite over the offseason, gaining more exposure.

Up from No. 70: Welborn's stock is starting to climb. He's got good size on the perimeter and is able to play both on and off the ball. His rebounding and defense make him a complete player.

Up from No. 116: I love [player_tooltip player_id='2425890' first='Tatum' last='Holmes']' versatility. He can take over games both offensively and defensively. Close to around 6-foot-5, Holmes has the size and athleticism to guard all over the floor. He has a great wingspan and is springy off the floor. Tatum is a very good rebounder. His offense is well balanced, a good shooter that knows how to attack the hoop. D-II programs should start tracking.
