1.) 2025 PG [player_tooltip player_id='1484418' first='Mason' last='Bechen'] (North Linn) -- 36.7 points per game

Bechen's pace has slowed a little bit from his first handful of games when he was on pace to set a new single-season scoring record for the state, but he's still putting together a truly ridiculous senior season for the #1 team in the class. What has been most impressive about his scoring so far is that he's become even more efficient this season, shooting 61% from the floor and 39% from 3.

2.) 2026 SG [player_tooltip player_id='1460951' first='Eli' last='Dee'] (Baxter) -- 32.0

Dee has the single-game high so far this season after dropping 50 before the break. A skilled guard who can knock down shots from 3-point range in bunches, he has really improved as a playmaker and shot creator off the dribble as a junior, showing more and more confidence with each game. He has been tremendous, pacing a team that could make some noise in the postseason if he keeps playing at this eye-popping level.

3.) 2025 SG [player_tooltip player_id='1759934' first='Hakeal' last='Powell'] (Prince of Peace) -- 31.4

Powell (pictured) has been truly incredible so far for the Irish, averaging 7.0 rebounds, 6.4 assists, and 3.2 steals to go with his huge scoring numbers. A quick-twitch athlete who thrives when he's attacking the rim and keeping defenders off-balance, he looks to constantly put pressure on teams with his three-level scoring and improved playmaking.

4.) 2026 SG [player_tooltip player_id='1765506' first='Brady' last='Boulton'] (Montezuma) -- 28.1

Boulton has been one of the top scorers in the state since he was a freshmen, adding something to his game each year. This season, he has improved even more as a ball-handler, playmaker, and finisher around the rim, shooting 50.4% from the floor. His improved ability to get to the rim has also opened up his 3-point shooting, knocking down 41.5% of his attempts from 3-point range so far this season.

5.) 2025 PG [player_tooltip player_id='2379807' first='Johnny' last='Adams'] (Riceville) -- 26.3

Adams is pacing a Wildcats offensive attack that has been much more potent this season. A physical, quick guard who doesn't shy away from contact, he loves to attack the rim and either finish or get to the free-throw line. If he's able to knock down shots from the 3-point line a bit more consistently after the break, he could add a few more points to his average.

6.) 2025 SF [player_tooltip player_id='1622174' first='Luke' last='Hellige'] (Holy Trinity Catholic) -- 25.3

Hellige is one of the best-kept secrets in the state, a talented 6-4/6-5 wing who can do a little bit of everything on the offensive end of the floor. He has the size to shoot over any defender that he runs into, and a pure stroke from 3-point range that looks effortless. He can post up smaller defenders and score on the block, and he also puts the ball on the floor and gets to the rim off the dribble.

7.) 2025 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2721643' first='Derek' last='Paulsen'] (South O'Brien) -- 25.2

Paulsen has taken a major leap as a senior, adding nearly 10 points to his scoring average from his junior year. A 6-3 wing who can score inside and out, he has been great at getting to the line and finishing around the bucket. A strong two-way contributor who gets a ton of steals in the South O'Brien zone, he's able to use some of his penchant for thievery to spark his offense as well.

8.) 2025 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2721441' first='Wes' last='Vana'] (Logan-Magnolia) -- 24.9

Another 6-3 wing who is having a huge senior year, Vana has been really good at getting to the bucket for finishes, shooting over 54% from the field. He can post up smaller defenders or attack off the dribble.

9.) 2025 SF [player_tooltip player_id='1951831' first='Jordan' last='Cota'] (Kee) -- 24.9

Coming off a great junior year in which he helped lead Kee to new heights as a program, Cota has picked up right where he left off and been great as a senior, averaging 8.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.9 steals to go with his big scoring output. He's an athletic, physical guard who loves to attack the rim.

10.) 2025 PF [player_tooltip player_id='2721446' first='Jacob' last='Litterer'] (Marquette Catholic) -- 24.3

Litterer has been ridiculously good for the Defenders so far as a senior, emerging as a dominant three-level scoring threat after playing his role as sixth man last season. He's posted shooting splits of 62-43-64 so far this season and has had several explosive scoring nights. An active wing who moves well without the ball in his hands, he shoots it off the catch, attacks off the dribble, and is active on the offensive glass, helping rack up a few more points on a nightly basis.
