Our top prospect in the 2027 class, White is an elite scorer off the ball who was 12/13 from the field on Sunday! Able to knock down shots from the outside, White had a couple time and space 3-pointers and also an and-1 mid-range pull-up jumper. I was also impressed with White's ability to score in the paint, moving well off the ball and showing soft touch at the rim. Hoping to see White create his own shot a little more often as the season goes on and become a more vocal leader on the court. One of the most polished underclassmen you'll find in the Midwest, White is a recruit who is sure to attract interest from mid to high major programs sooner rather than later.

One of the most productive freshman in Kentucky, Wheatley was getting active as an eighth grader on varsity when I watched Seneca last year. A strong forward who wants to lower his shoulder and shoot with his left hand, Wheatley is tough to stop when he gets a head of steam. Wheatley also does a nice job of getting the ball back to his dominant hand with fakes and spins to get to an area where he's comfortable finishing. An early bloomer, I'm excited to see where Wheatley expands his game as he continues to get reps in the gym. He's already mastered some skills it takes upperclassmen years to develop, a very unique player to evaluate.

Jeffersontown did an excellent job of forcing turnovers and scoring off steals in transition. Harrison was one of the main engines behind that force as he's a quick guard who can score it in transition. Able to get to the rim or knock down shots around the paint with quick jump stops and floaters, Harrison can get going in a hurry. When Jeffersontown was pouring it on in the second half, Harrison had a couple 3-pointers to help his team expand on the lead. With the amount of athleticism and quickness Jeffersontown has, they can turn you over and score on the fast break in a hurry.

Mitchell was excellent in a main scoring and creating role for Male with [player_tooltip player_id='1359140' first='Cole' last='Edelen'] out injured for this game. Mitchell plays with a bounce to his step when he has the ball in his hands, Mitchell is looking to attack. I like how Mitchell is able to get to the paint and uses his quickness to beat defenders, the next step in his game will be changing speeds off the dribble and allowing the game to slow down for him. The talent of Mitchell is obvious and he appears to be a prospect high major programs around the region will know about.

In the final game of the night in front of a sold out crowd, the freshman Lindsay played excellent coming off the bench for a loaded St Xavier squad. Right away you could tell the moment wasn't too big for Lindsay as he secured a tough rebound and just missed a corner 3-pointer. Then shortly after Lindsay knocked down a pair of 3-pointers off the catch and threw down a crazy alley-oop dunk. One of the most explosive freshman I've ever seen, Lindsay has truly special vertical pop. I was really encouraged by the toughness plays Lindsay made on Sunday evening, showing his game is a lot more than the flash plays that go viral on social media. If Lindsay can continue to play with the toughness he showed on Sunday, he'll be a crucial part of St Xavier's state title push.
