Slotted in the #6 position is [player_tooltip player_id='2633812' first='Tristian' last='Porter']. The Sierra Vista freshman is a crafty guard with some solid ball-handling skills. He plays with a high IQ, and it doesn't take him very many dribbles to get his shots off. Porter is also a quality perimeter shooter and displays good mechanics. I think it's only a matter of time before the Sierra Vista guard is more well-known.

Fred Jones Jr. aka "Deuce" is an agile combo guard that can drive to the basket and hit shots from the outside. Many defenders have a tough time reading his next move, and when he really accelerates they usually can't keep him from getting to his spot. I also like how he plays defense. He has some lateral quickness that he uses to deflect balls and gather steals.

At #8 in the 2028 rankings is [player_tooltip player_id='2450360' first='Noah' last='Grossman']. I'm a big fan of Grossman's athleticism and ability to score. He is confident when the rock is in his hands, and is capable of knocking down both 3's and long 2's. Grossman also has an impressive vertical and occasionally uses it dunk or to block shots on the defensive end.

Ranked #9 is Gianni McGhee. He has to be one of the quickest guards in this 2028 class. When you watch him play, you notice that he has some incredible stop and go ability. Which usually helps create the separation he needs to get his shot up. On defense, McGhee is a pest and stays active with his hands at all times.

McGhee also recently received an offer from Boise St.

[player_tooltip player_id='2654821' first='Braylen' last='Williams'] comes in at #10. He has some solid offensive skills that allow him to create his own shot, or he can find his teammates for open looks. Williams also seems to be a pretty good athlete, and knows how to use his wingspan to his advantage on defense. At the moment he is splitting time between Bishop Gorman's JV and Varsity roster.
