Below, we'll take a look at ten Point Guards to watch from the Class of 2025:

[player_tooltip player_id='2633534' first='Dayn' last='Campbell']

Campbelll is off to a strong start to his season at MacDuffie, having just averaged over 20 points per game in three games at the ZG Prep Classic. The compact lead guard is physically strong, has nice burst when attacking the basket, and can score at all three levels. He's an efficient scorer that also knows how to get his teammates involved and has proven to create a high amount of steals as an on-ball defender.

[player_tooltip player_id='2509681' first='Jacob' last='Pichay']

A lead guard at St. Sebastian's, Pichay plays with great speed and quickness, not only in transition but also in the half-court. He has a good handle, does a nice job of making reads out of ball screens, and shows high level floor vision as a passer. He's improved as a scorer in the mid-range and is consistent from behind the arc. Defensively, he has quick feet and quick hands and quickly turns turnovers into easy offense in transition.

[player_tooltip player_id='2634089' first='Darius' last='Ajakaiye']

Ajakaiye, a lead guard at Wilbraham & Monson, is a difference maker on the defensive end of the floor. He has good positional size, impressive lateral mobility, and long arms, all of which allow him to be a strong on-ball defender at the point of attack. Offensively, he's developed as an all-around scorer who does a good job of making shots from behind the arc, moving without the basketball, and finishing at the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='1980943' first='Michael' last='Singleton']

An athletic guard at The Master's School, Singleton makes an impact on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he has some real wiggle with the ball in his hands and uses his dribble to create space as a scorer. He makes tough shots in the mid-range and attacks bad closeouts to finish at the rim. Defensively, he utilizes his length to cause havoc in passing lanes and can guard mutliple spots on the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2171300' first='Adomas' last='Klinga']

Klinga, a native of Lithuania, handles the lead guard responsibilities at Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall. At 6'2" with long arms, he has good size for the position, which compliments his high level of skill. He makes good reads in the half court, rarely turns the ball over, and shows that he has deep range on his jumper. He's a capable, multi-positional defender that can keep ball-handlers in front of him on the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2634078' first='Matt' last='Raffa']

A Rhode Island native, Raffa is doing a post-grad year at St. Andrew's. He was a two-time all-state selection in the RIIL and appears to have done a nice job in the weight room recently. He plays with a high level of skill, showing the ability to score from behind the arc and in the mid-range, and is capable of making any pass needed to set teammates up for easy baskets. He plays with a good feel for the game and a high basketball IQ.

[player_tooltip player_id='1532480' first='Akhil' last='Janapareddy']

Janapareddy, a lead guard at Noble & Greenough, is a high-level playmaker that thinks pass first and score second. He has next level vision as a passer, makes great reads out of ball screens, and knows how to run an offense in the half court. He's capable of scoring when called upon, but thrives as a table setter. Defensively, he does a nice job of containing opposing ball handlers and holds up physically in switches.

[player_tooltip player_id='2634080' first='Jackson' last='Labkon']

A heady lead guard at St. Andrew's, Labkon has the ability to play on or off the ball, showing the ability to score at a high level. He's a confident ball-handler that does a good job of picking his spots in the half court. He runs an offense efficiently, limiting his turnovers and setting his teammates up in positions to score. He can defend either guard spot on the other end and offers some rebounding from the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2547082' first='Justin' last='Jamal']

Jamal, a lightning quick guard at Deering, is a playmaker on both ends of the floor. He has quick hands and quick feet and doesn't mind guarding in the full court, typically hounding opposing guards and generating plenty of turnovers in the process. Offensively, he does a good job of putting pressure on the rim and knows how to get into the paint with his dribble and then spray it out to shooters on the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1578541' first='John' last='Hilaire']

A diminutive guard out of Tolman, Hilaire might be the fastest guard end to end in all of the RIIL. He does a good job of pushing the ball upcourt in transition, keeps his dribble alive in the paint while scanning the floor for open passing lanes, and finishes over size with a variety of floaters and pull-ups. He can guard in the open floor, utilizing his lateral quickness to stay in front of the ball and force opponents into bad decisions.
