Last weekend, Pro Insight hosted a pop-up run down in Portland, Oregon. I watched players from both Washington and Oregon compete in some 3v3 drills as well as get up and down for some fullcourt action. These next few names stood out for their hustle on the day, moving without the ball, chasing down loose balls, and working in little ways to make an impact on the day.

Foster is a quick guard who shot the three ball pretty well and showed some tenacity on the defensive end. He was able to make some sneaky plays, attacking long rebounds, peeling back in transition to pressure the ball, and upping his pace the other way to attack defenses that were slow to get back in transition.

Hill had some flashes at the pop-up finishing and slashing inside. But more than anything he showed he's a hard worker on both ends of the floor. He chased down the ball in transition for some pokes, closed out on shooters for contested shots, ran the floor offensively, and worked to contribute on the glass.

Hyppa didn't see many shots fall on the offensive end but he still made an impact with his defense and hustle. He got on the floor several times for loose balls, getting pokes while on the ball and selling out for steals. He also showed some grit when working through screens to stay with shooters or try to cut off driving lanes.

Muhammad found his way to the rim with pretty good efficiency, both attacking big driving lanes and finding space around the paint off the ball. He also ran the floor, filled lanes, and was the beneficiary of several layups because of his work to get up the court. He shot a high percentage because he was able to get most of his looks in close and take advantage of space when things opened up.
