<p>It was a pretty light slate on the night after Thanksgiving on the Indiana High School Basketball scene. However, that doesn't keep us at Prep Hoops Indiana from having content for you. Let's quickly take a look around at the games that took place and highlight some of the standouts.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2140449' first='Trell' last='Hogue'] (Fort Wayne Snider H.S. 2027) led the way with 17 points as Snider rolled to a 72-47 win over Merrillville to begin their season. [player_tooltip player_id='2465669' first='Xavier' last='Wilson'] (Fort Wayne Snider H.S. 2026) added 14 points while Braylon Fertile (Fort Wayne Snider H.S. 2027) chipped in nine points. This is a very talented, young Panthers team. On the Merrillville side, Charles Hardimon (Merrillville H.S. 2028) scored 12 points in his first high school action. It was a solid performance from the freshman.</p>

<p>Washington took down North Posey 70-56 at the Hatchet House. The Hatches put four scorers in double-figures on Friday night led by [player_tooltip player_id='1296982' first='Brant' last='Neidigh'] (Washington H.S. 2025) with 26 points. Cordell Turner (Washington H.S. 2026) added 14 points and six rebounds while [player_tooltip player_id='2391240' first='Colton' last='Stowers'] (Washington H.S. 2025), a highly sought after small college prospect, chipped in 12 points and five rebounds. Jon Roy (Washington H.S. 2025) rounded out the double-figure scores with 10 points. Austin Schmitt (North Posey H.S. 2025) scored 21 points while dishing out five assists in the loss for North Posey.</p>

<p>It was a balanced showing for Roncalli as they defeated Jennings County 54-39. [player_tooltip player_id='1989375' first='Conner' last='Kesler'] (Roncalli H.S. 2026) led the way with 15 points. Noah Schmaltz (Roncalli H.S. 2025) added 11 points and five rebounds while 6'7" [player_tooltip player_id='2046166' first='Joe' last='Taylor'] (Roncalli H.S. 2026) finished with eight points and eight rebounds. Point Guard [player_tooltip player_id='2414734' first='Will' last='Hegwood'] (Roncalli H.S. 2027) contributed seven points, five assists, and no turnovers for the Rebels.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2404024' first='Ethan' last='Willis'] (North Central Farmersburg H.S. 2025) had a massive day at the Martinsville (IL) Shootout. He scored 31 points and 32 points in their two games respectively while leading the Thunderbirds to a pair of wins. They took down Grace Academy (IL) in game one with Trashawn Cockrell adding 13 points to Willis' 31. Then, in game two, Tyson Hardin scored 18 points and Cockrell added 15 points next to Willis' 32 in a 100-60 blowout of Cissna Park (IL).</p>
