<p>Colorado Springs-Colorado. The USA National Basketball Junior Mini Camp had many of the top prospects in the country. Each class had good representation. Here's our first five from the Class of 2025 Standouts who caught our attention on day 1 with their consistency and ability to effect the game. With many top prospects in the gym, plus seeing them for the first time, we were looking for consistency, ability, and positive play.</p>

<p><strong>Chris Cenac Jr</strong>. 6'10 2025 Link Academy, New Orleans, LA: Established himself on day one as one of the top campers. His consistency was on display for the 3 day camp. He checks all the boxes you'd want to see in a prospect his size. His skill set and movements show a productive inside-out game with consistency, and efficiency. He was hard to contain around the rim, scoring and rebounding. Standing 6'10 he showed excellent movement was away from the basket, and in transition, using his dribble to get to his spots, knocking down jump shots.</p>

<p><strong>Darius Acuff Jr. </strong>6'2 2025 Guard IMG Academy, Detroit, MI: He's confident in his guard skills. He can control the flow of the game up top, he knows what to do in transition. He's more than willing to get others going dishing out assists along the perimeter, and in transition play with excellent passing. He can turn it up a notch, get into a flow, and go get points in a variety of ways, which makes him hard to guard. He's got the burst to get into the paint, and decide on kick-outs, dump offs, or paint jumpers, he'll finish through contact. He can drop mid-range jumpers off the dribble, hit 3's with a hand in face.</p>

<p><strong>Malachi Moreno </strong>6'11 2025 Center, Great Crossing HS, Georgetown, Kentucky: He was more than willing to go head to head with any big in the gym. He's long, bouncy, with a quick jump, he tries to flush everything back down around the rim. He's an excellent rebounder going up and out of his space on both ends. He get offensive rebounds for put back points, he'll get tap ins, fly in for dunks. He'll gather himself, then power up on two feet inside. He'll use a dribble or two, working his way in along the baseline. He'll change and block shots. He has good post passing and he runs the court.</p>

<p><strong>Dante Allen </strong>6'3 2025 Guard, Montverde HS, Miami, FL: A solid body versatile type. He plays hard on both ends, looks bigger than his listed size of 6'3. He's fast, strong with lateral movement to defend multiple positions. He has a good looking jump shot he can hit from mid-range and behind the 3-point line. He goes hard into the paint from the perimeter where he has good lift on his paint jumper. He's a strong finisher in transition. He'll move the ball around the perimeter. He can get paint points.</p>

<p><strong>Kayden Mingo </strong>6'2 2025 Guard, Long Island Lutheran HS, Farmingdale, NY; He's that NY guard that gets things done. He can create for himself off the dribble using quality handles, first step, and body control to get into the paint for pull-ups, and contact points around the rim, he'll finish. He has the handles and vision to move the ball around the perimeter, setting up others, he gets its up court in a good way. He can drop jumpers long, and short from all around the perimeter. He has the physical tools to be a top notch defender.</p>
