PH Expo: Undefeated

<p>During the 3 on 3 segment of the The Expo in Michigan, I saw a team playing very good basketball. I challenged the 3 players on that squad. I told them that they shouldn't lose a game and to challenge themselves to go undefeated. I told them that when and if they did go undefeated, to come tell me and they would get the props that they'd deserve for it. Well, here we are. The 3 players didn't lose a game and dominated the 3 on 3 portion of The Expo in Michigan. While talent obviously plays a role in winning, what really impressed me about these 3 was their approach. They played team basketball and were genuinely excited for the challenge to win out. He has a deserved reputation as a worker that stresses being fundamentally sound. Spann is a first in the gym and last to leave type of athlete. At The Expo, he was smart with the ball recognizing good looks at the rim and moving the ball when it needed to be. He has a really nice wing frame when looking at next level possibilities. Garwood has a well rounded game as well. He's a 2 way player that can win matchups on both ends of the floor. Garwood can defend bigger players on the block and also step outside and engulf smaller guards. He was everything that I had hoped to see. Caffey has a solid next level frame. I was very impressed with the way he worked off the ball, setting strong physical screens away and for the ball handler.
