PH Expo: Team 7 Evaluations

<p>There were over 100 players at the PH Michigan Expo. This means that there was a huge variety of players at various different levels. Case was doing just that at The Expo. He never stood still for more than a couple seconds and it really stressed and pressured the D.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Perdue made his mark at the event. I like the way he moved with the ball in his hands, making it look smooth and effortless. Perdue also showed off a pretty jumper that he was effective with off the catch.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Brown turned some heads in Grand Rapids. I liked the way that he pushed and controlled the pace off the bounce. He flaunted a solid jumper from behind the arc. Brown passed the ball really well in the open floor. He even had a showtime behind the back pass for an assist.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Tourtillott sent a message at The Expo. He brought a lot of energy that equated into winning hustle points for his team. Tourtillott was able to create space between his defenders and himself with the effective use of a head fake.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Early to the gym and late to leave sums up Spann's approach to the game. I love what he brings to the table as a prospect and his play last weekend backed that up. He's an elite rebounding guard that has a terrific mid range game. Spann proved that he's a scoring threat in transition and that he can effectively influence a game on both ends of the floor.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Holok was a player that I was excited to see and he definitely didn't disappoint. He's a versatile forward with perimeter skills to go with a toughness around the rim. Holok played solid vertical defense, walling up and challenging and blocking shots. He got physical and cleared out space in order to score underneath.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Grezak is a very intriguing prospect that coaches will be very interested in. He has a powerful frame and it looks like he's ready to compete at the next level. Grezak flaunted a nice looking jumper, in particular a catch and shoot corner triple.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Kawli made some noise at The Expo in Grand Rapids. He was a dynamic guard that could handle the ball and make plays. Kawli was able to touch the paint with his handles. He was also able to finish with creativity, and even flare, at the rim.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">I'll say it again: [player_tooltip player_id='2610283' first='Brody' last='Johnson'] is a next level player. Not just that, but I think he'll be an influential next level player. Once again, like he does every year, he showed the frame and the versatility needed to a successful college player. Johnson was able to run the floor, either on or off the ball. He also showed the ability to play through both hands.</p>
