In short, there will be plenty of college prospects to watch.

Below is a review of a few prospects we are looking forward to watching on Saturday during the slate of Never Forget Classic games being held at Chestnut Hill College.

Perkiomen School vs. Cardinal O'Hara (11:45AM Tipoff)

[player_tooltip player_id='2197741' first='Tygee' last='Clark'] – 5'10” / 2026 / Cardinal O'Hara / RKH / Combo Guard: There is a great deal of excitement surrounding the talented transfers O'Hara added to the roster this summer. However, this returning starter with speed and elusive handles could be the key to their success in 2023-24. Clark is a high IQ primary ball handler who thrives in transition. In the half-court, Clark can create for himself or others off the dribble. He owns elite stop-n-pop skills too.

Jordan Gabriel – 6'8” / 2025 / Perkiomen School / Crown Basketball / Power Forward: The defending PAISAA state champions return a host of DI prospects, but our eyes will be on this post graduate transfer from Archbishop Stepinac (NY). Gabriel (Marist commit) is a stretch-4 prospect who can use his power game to score on the interior via post ups or the offensive glass. Plus, he can step out to the perimeter and knock down threes. Plus, Gabriel owns the speed and athleticism to score in the open court.

Reading vs. Friends Central (5:10PM Tipoff)

[player_tooltip player_id='1941211' first='Pierce' last='Blackwell'] – 6'0″ / 2027 / Friends Central / BW Elite / Combo Guard: This multi-skilled prospect transferred to FCS this summer and reclassed into the 2027 graduate class. Blackwell will supply FCS with an accurate shooter who can stretch the floor for dribble drive wizards [player_tooltip player_id='1406790' first='Patrese' last='Feamster'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1477738' first='Su-Meer' last='Alleyne']. This summer Blackwell was a standout at the Mid-Atlantic Independent Schools TC as well as on the HGSL circuit. Blackwell is sneaky fast and his ball handling skills are significantly underrated.

[player_tooltip player_id='2427273' first='Jeremiah' last='Camara'] – 5'9” / 2027 / Reading / [program_tooltip program_id='2428253' first='Team' last='Final Red'] EYCL / Combo Guard: Reading graduated their top two scorers from 2023-24, so Camara (8 ppg.; 23 3PM) will be the No. 1 option this season. He is an instinctive 3-level scoring guard who can distribute the rock too. Attacking the rim off the dribble is Camara's primary weapon. Once he gets into the paint, Camara can lay the ball in or kick out to an open shooter. Camara is a respectable shooter himself and will splash triples from all around the arc.

Archbishop Ryan vs. Cristo Rey (6:15PM Tipoff)

[player_tooltip player_id='2410116' first='Carlos' last='Monroe III'] – 6'6″ / 2027 / Cristo Rey / [program_tooltip program_id='2078682' first='K-Low' last='Elite'] / Wing: One of the best kept secrets in SEPA's 2027 class is this long and athletic hybrid-forward with impressive court speed. Those assets enable Monroe to thrive on the fast break as a lane filler who can finish with authority. In a half-court game, Monroe can produce points on dives to the rim, in pick-n-roll action and via the offensive glass. Monroe's ability to slide into open space around the rim, then catch a drop passes and finish strong is impressive.

[player_tooltip player_id='2028256' first='Brandon' last='Russell'] – 6'5″ / 2025 / Archbishop Ryan / NJ Beasts / Small Forward: Russell was one of the breakout stars at Philly HS Live where he posted 17 points along with 8 rebounds per game. He poured in a 30-spot against Trinity. Russell is an athletic small forward with smooth footwork and an aggressive scoring approach on the interior. Russell excels at working the offensive glass for put backs or score through contact. He holds offers from St. Francis (PA) and Georgian Court (D2).
