He cuts to the basket with purpose and finishes through contact with his bounce and physical strength. Charbonneau can guard on the perimeter with his solid lateral movement, but he also has the size and physicality to defend taller opponents near the basket. The top returning player for an under-the-radar but decidedly good New Richmond squad, Charbonneau appears poised for an all-league type of season in the competitive Big Rivers Conference.

In an Expo setting like the one held Sunday in Appleton, players who put forth 110 percent effort from the first hour to the last tend to stand out. Froemming most certainly one of those players. An attacking wing player with size, strength and skill, Froemming's soars to the basket in transition were impressive. His ability to drive the ball in a half-court setting also helped his team. He did a good job of finishing and also of keeping his head up to find open teammates if his path to the basket was blocked. A strong student who recently earned a scholarship offer from NAIA Judson University in Elgin, Illinois, Froemming had a very strong spring/summer with the MTXE Premier program and teams with [player_tooltip player_id='1611623' first='Roman' last='Thompson'] to give Kettle Moraine two of the top wing prospects in the Classic Eight Conference.

Maintaining an impressive 3.9 grade-point average, Glaus uses his smarts on the basketball floor to make positive plays for his team. The 6-foot-3 wing can score off the bounce and from outside the arc. Equally important, he is an unselfish player who makes the right pass at the right time, and is a solid rebounder and defender. A returning first-team all-Dunn-St. Croix Conference performer, Glaus was drilling three-point baskets on Sunday in Appleton while also playing with effort on the other end of the floor. He averaged 20.6 points and 7.1 rebounds as a junior for the coop program at Elmwood/Plum City.

A varsity performer at Green Bay Southwest as a freshman and then last winter for rival Green Bay Preble, Johnson's experience playing at a high level in a primarily WIAA Division 1 conference shows as he is competitive, skilled and physical. He made perimeter jump shots in Appleton and also found his way to the basket off strong dives to the hoop. Defensively, Johnson has the length and strength to make things difficult for opponents. He is coming off a sophomore campaign where he averaged 8.0 points for Preble and coach Rick Rosinski. He figures to be a mainstay in the Hornets' lineup the next two seasons.

Misslich seemed to thrive in the open court, but he also showed his ability during the three-on-three half-court competition. He got the rim and finished well with his size and athleticism, and he was able to move the ball on the perimeter with the pass and his ball-handling skill. Misslich came off the bench for the varsity squad at Franklin as a sophomore, and is a likely starter the next two years for coach Tyler Podoll and the Sabers. He played strong defense on Sunday and also did a solid job of finding open teammates with his passing skill.

At 6-foot-6 and with good length and strength, Shareef stands out on the basketball court. Watch him play a bit and you quickly realize the big man can play inside and outside thanks to his shooting and ball handling from the perimeter and his size and jumping ability around the basket. Coming off a monster junior season where he averaged 24.5 points and 7.0 rebounds for coach John Allen at Milwaukee School of Engineering, Shareff is one of the better prospects in the Milwaukee City Conference and a returning first-team all-league performer in the Blue Division of the City.

A player with plenty of 'pop' to his game, Sipple can rain down three-point baskets, make mid-range jumpers and attack the rim. Often, he is able to finish drives in the open court with a dunk. A unanimous first-team all-Bay Conference performer as a junior, Sipple averaged 19.9 points and 5.5 rebounds in 2023-24. He has the size, strength and skill to improve on those already solid numbers as a senior for a Shawano program looking to improve on an 8-17 record. Sipple, sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='2140991' first='Will' last='Verkuilen'] and junior Anderson Schmidt form one of the premier backcourt trios in the Bay Conference.

Waiting your turn is not something most players embrace or even accept these days. There is something to be said for those who stay the course, put in the time, improve and then excel as an upperclassman. Stojilovic fits all of the above to a T. He has slowly, surely and most assuredly improved his game over the last two years. He was making jump shots from outside the arc, filling the lane and finishing above the rim, and defending in the post and even a little bit on the perimeter at the Expo. Stojilovic came off the bench a year ago to average 3.8 points and 2.5 rebounds. Those numbers will soar this winter as Oshkosh North takes aim at successfully defending its Fox Valley Association championship.

College football coaches like to use the term 'athlete' to describe a player who might not have a truly defined position, but could be pegged into several different spots to help a team win. Tomori is basketball's version of an 'athlete' as he isn't a point guard, power forward, center or even shooting guard, yet his presence on the floor leads to good things for his team. His athleticism and physical strength stand out immediately. He can soar above the rim for rebounds and dunks, and can guard on the perimeter with his lateral movement or in the post with his physicality and jumping ability. A key player for an Appleton North squad expecting big things in 2024-25, Tomori averaged 13 points and 5 rebounds as a junior for the Lightning.

Length is a big positive on the basketball court. Walker has length and then some. The 6-foot-3 backcourt prospect uses his long frame and long arms to wreak havoc on opponents. Whether he's driving to the basket or pulling up for mid-range jumpers on offense, or using his arms and mobility to get deflections and steals on defense, Walker is a plus player when he's on the court. He had a strong junior season for Middleton, earning honorable mention all-Big Eight Conference honors while also averaging 7.3 points and 3.4 rebounds He also had a solid spring/summer for [program_tooltip program_id='2245199' first='Pride' last='Roc'], teaming with [player_tooltip player_id='2610543' first='Ahmir' last='Woods'] of Golda Meir in a backcourt that featured two players in Wisconsin's 2025 class with plenty of length.
