Bryce Heard Commits to NC State and Reclassifies to 2024

Big afternoon in the state of Illinois on the recruiting front as the top 2025 prospect in the state Homewood Flossmoor shooting guard Bryce Heard Bryce Heard 6'6" | SG Homewood Flossmoor | 2025 #86 Nation IL made his decision announcing his commitment to NC State over USC, Mississippi State, and Xavier.  The Wolfpack had been the rumored destination for a while as the favorite after his visit there.

The other piece of big news was also speculated heavily over the last several weeks was that he will be reclassifying to the class of 2024 at be going to North Carolina State next season.  HF will lose the top ranked senior in the class with his decision to go to school a year early after he led them to a state championship in what will be his final high school campaign.
