All-Academic Showcase at Babson: Standouts Part 2

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Over 500 high-academic hoopers displayed their talents in front of 200+ college coaches from schools across the country on Monday and Tuesday of this week. The lefty guard is lightning quick with the ball in his hands and can absolutely stroke it from the three-point line. He made multiple shots from deep and then began driving closeouts once the defenders caught on to his long range shooting. He has really solid passing instincts and always has his eyes up the court looking for kick-ahead passes – he's also a great no-look passer. He can knock down the open three, and with solid range. He's only 5-foot-10, but he has great control of the rock and can run an offense as a result. He was getting into the paint at will all day and was able to make no-look dump-down passes to bigs for easy layups. He's also a knock down three-point shooter who can make them off the catch or off the dribble. He has a very mature body that looks to be college-ready right now. The most impressive skill he possesses is an incredibly accurate three-point shot with never-ending range. He got hot in his morning game and made about four in a row. He made multiple backdoor cut passes and was able to run the offense for his team from the high post and top of the key. He also showed a decent-looking mid-range shot that can be improved. His high school team (Governor's Academy) runs a lot of their offense through their big men, and Christensen has shown an ability to thread the needle and make the right play for his teammates as a hub at the top of the key. He also has a solid touch in the paint and a good looking jumper, one that'll probably only continue to improve.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
