Our post-spring update of the Class of 2026 rankings is complete and there's just one change at the very top. Here's a look at the new top five.

There's a new top-ranked player and it's Paschal, who finished his sophomore season strong with a title at Central Catholic and then impressed playing AAU this spring with [program_tooltip program_id='2198275' first='More' last='Than Hoops']. This has led to scholarship offers and interest from a whole range of Division I schools and more should be on its way after the June evaluation period. Paschal is strong, athletic, and has the all-around ability to post triple doubles at the prep level.

The rising junior best known as Fuzzy still remains near the top of the rankings after a strong sophomore campaign where he took the reigns at the point at Jefferson. Now transferring to Roosevelt, the 6-foot-2 guard is now able to finish at the rim while still utilize his quickness and shiftyness to create for himself and for others. Playing on the EYBL, more early scholarship offers could be on the way after the summer is over.

Remaining at the third spot is Lake, who assumed lead guard duties from older brother Josiah at Tualatin and was a critical piece in their attempted run at a three-peat. He has continued to grow both in height and strength and with that has come the ability to not only get to the hoop but finish through contact. Lake's ceiling remains extremely high and scholarship offers should be coming in the near future as he continues to excel on the court.

Vizconde's role changed as a sophomore at Mountainside where he could no longer just spot up in the corner and drain threes. But while his overall shooting percentage may have dipped a bit, he showed he was able to effectively create by attacking the hoop while still maintaining his reputation as a perimeter sniper.

The fifth point/combo guard in a row in the top five of the 2026 class is Lawson, who like many others in his grade continues to grow physically. The Canby standout has a quick first step and his ability to weave around and through defenders to the hoop and finish at the hoop in multiple ways drives defenses nuts.
