The event was filled with college coaches of all levels, providing players with the perfect opportunity to impress. With so many terrific players there was bound to be a handful of great performances that went under the radar. Here’s some from the class of 2026.
The off guard from Faith put together a nice event for himself. He averaged over 12 per game, which included a big 20-10 double double against Cascade.
The PG had a solid weekend for Faith. Tomshek came up big in the Crusaders victory over Cascade, knocking in 11 points and doing a good job of finding teammates to the tune of 3 assists.

Faith had some nice young talent last season, and now is attempting to continue it’s winning ways with an infusion of said talent, including Wiley. He was really good during Section 7 showcasing his shooting and scoring ability. In addition to his overall scoring ability, the 2026 guard was perfect from the Free Throw Line on 10 attempts.
If you’re going to play for Vegas, you’re going to have to defend and the 2026 PG did that. He was impressive on ball, and active in zone looks. Perhaps his most impressive skill was his versatility as he averaged just around 3 points, rebounds and assists during the event.
Should be exciting to see Simeus back in the state. The tough as nails PG showed off his talents. He was one of the events better transition finishers, and highlighted his strength and toughness, grabbing more than his share of rebounds, en route to averaging over five per game from the backcourt.
Highlights
A former top 5 player in his class, Oba returned after a year in North Carolina to run with Mojave. A battle tested Warrior, the 6’6 wing displayed a ton of toughness helping the Rattlers reach their bracket championship game. He showed versatility and athleticism, finishing a lob off the board, and proved to be one of the better pure rebounders at the event, averaging almost 9 per game.
Highlights
It was a solid week for Gordon. He found a great rhythm in his role. The 2026 guard, was able to knock down corner jumpers when left open, and made the most of strong drives when they closed. He got to the free throw line at a good rate in the games I saw.

Probably could make a case for Steward being one of the top local players at the event. As it is the 2026 forward put together a terrific weekend. It always starts with his motor and passion, and he’s now begun to add in the skill. He stayed in attack mode, putting pressure on the defense with his drives and transition ability. He finished with a 20 point average, which included a 29 point outing against Prescott.
