[player_tooltip player_id='1373705' first='Cam' last='Flippen'] | The Burlington School

Flippen looks poised to lead the backcourt for The Burlington School this season after showcasing his ability to attack the painted area and get to his spots off the bounce. He was a lot more aggressive with the ball in his hands while sporting a stronger frame and IQ for making things happen when the ball came his way.

[player_tooltip player_id='2238210' first='King' last='Gibson'] | The Burlington School

Gibson is another prospect in the TBS backcourt who looks ready to make some noise this season. Despite being a 2027 prospect, he certainly didn't play like one on Saturday, playing a key role in the Spartans' run to victory by forcing turnovers on defense and converting plays on the opposite end as both a shooter and slasher. He's got HM written all over him as he continues his development.

[player_tooltip player_id='1383660' first='Elton' last='Smith Jr'] | Cardinal Newman

Smith showed flashes of his HM skill set as the unsung leader for Cardinal Newman despite the result against TBS. He showed he could attack as both a shooter and a driver in the painted area while having a few authoritative finishes around the rim. His length and athleticism was on full display on Saturday.

[player_tooltip player_id='2055540' first='William' last='Stevens'] | Davidson Day

Stevens is a name in the 2026 class for college programs to get to know with Davidson Day. The most impressive part of Stevens' game is his assertiveness in the painted area as a rebounder and shot-blocker. He showed impressive timing with his shot blocking and was a menacing presence to deal with in the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='1990411' first='Isaiah' last='Denis'] | Davidson Day

Denis is a top name to know in the state of North Carolina who impressed in his first live showing for me. He showed he could knock down shots on the perimeter with efficiency and keep others involved in the flow of the offense with relative ease. It's easy to see why he holds offers from a number of HM programs given his ability to make things happen on the hardwood.

[player_tooltip player_id='2147468' first='Omari' last='Whiteside'] | Shelby

Whiteside is another young name to track in the state of North Carolina given his pedigree at the lead guard role. He's coming along nicely as a presence in the pick-and-roll game with his shooting prowess on the perimeter and ability to make plays for others. He's got a bright future ahead of him with Shelby High.

[player_tooltip player_id='1212902' first='Justice' last='Mitchell'] | Clayton

Mitchell continues his development with Clayton High as he makes things look so easy and effortless. He's a DII prospect already but as he continues to improve on his athleticism, the sky is the limit. He's a forward prospect who never stops moving when he's on the floor and can operate in a variety of ways within the offense as a productive presence.

[player_tooltip player_id='1365466' first='Andrew' last='Grimes'] | Clayton

Grimes is already committed to Liberty but it hasn't stopped him from improving his game, especially on the perimeter. He showed he could step out and knock down shots on the perimeter while maintaining his presence as a menace in the paint. He doesn't force things while playing a physical brand of basketball.

[player_tooltip player_id='1632999' first='Xavier' last='Longe'] | Clayton

Longe continues to make his mark on the PH radar as one of the more underrated shooters in the state of North Carolina's 2025 class. He showed his efficiency on the perimeter for Clayton High on Saturday with his impressive shooting stroke and continues to show off his growth as a scrappy defender and rebounder in the painted area.
