Looked like he was playing the lead guard position mostly where he controlled the flow of the contest while in there. On the offensive side I saw a deep 3 pointer shot, drives to the hoop, multiple assists, and then came down and attempted a floater. Additionally, I liked seeing an active style and attitude towards rebounding out of a guard slot.

The team appears to be well coached in just the fundamentals and it is refreshing to see. They are unselfish, run an offense that fits their style and abilities, rebound, and as I write this winning their ball game handily. For me, an easy well to tell if the players are receiving good coaching, look to the press break, especially for players at this age, if they can break the press, which this group did, typically that is a sign of solid coaching.
Players that have jumped out at me are Issac Dockter 6’0″ who mostly plays inside the arch and runs baseline from post to post on offense. In the short time I have been watching he is unselfish as they come, often passing when defenders clasped. He is doing the dirty work on the boards, and I have noticed multiple plays where he just tips the ball to a teammate to keep it alive, who then is able to shoot it or swing it to another for an easy bucket. #12

, 6’3″ had an advance athletic post move where he was not just a stationary option on the block. He came across the lane, received the ball, and then displayed solid enough footwork on the score.

Prospect was disruptive and impactful early on both ends of the floor in the contest I watched. First, on the defensive side he played active and aggressive on the top of a 2-3 zone. Often contesting everything around him. Second, on the offense end his first shot was a nice looking 3-pointer from the right-wing slot. He followed that up with a strong drive down the lane moving from left to right. His teammates often looked to him for a dish to on their drives when defenders collapsed.

I am not sure if Zaine or his team would call him their best player, but he is certainly the most active and impactful with his play in their contest against 58 Hoops. He did the dirty work inside, working on the boards and scoring by way of the put backs. Also, on the offensive end I notice a pullup and a floater. Late when the game was getting close, he gained a steel near his team’s hoop and turned it into a nice quick bucket. After a brief break late in second half, comes back in to get a score on a drive left to right into the lane. He immediately picks up full court after his made bucket.
Others of Note:
Byron Jones Byron Jones Fond du Lac | 2028 MN | E2E Elite: Looked longer than his listed 6’1″ frame. He played the middle on the defensive zone both was more than that. Athletically he was fluid and quick which lead to him having a handful of steals or tips.

outside corner shooting kept their team in control in the second half by hitting multiple 3-pointers.
58 Hoops 2028 out of Minnesota will shoot the ball. I believe I counted six different players shoot the 3 ball in the first half of a Sunday game.

of Stewartville MN. The 6’3″ 2029 prospect, who is playing up, looks to be a developing stretch four type of player. I have seen him shoot multiple threes and then post up strong later in the contest. Kid that looks the part and maybe we should check back in on in a couple of seasons.
