The Indiana Bucket Boys 2027 squad went 3-1 at the Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament advancing to Sunday’s semifinals. Bowman was a big part of their success averaging 12 points per game. He is a 6’1″ guard from Greensburg High School that is an excellent driver and overall playmaker. Whether it was breaking his man down off of the dribble to get all of the way to the rim, getting a piece of the paint to draw help, or finding an open teammate, Bowman accomplished a lot with the ball in his hands throughout the weekend.
Admittedly, Team Robinson 2027 doesn’t have some of the immediate name recognition that other programs at the Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament have. However, they more than held their own going 3-1 on the weekend. Richardson Jr. was among their leaders throughout the weekend which included a massive 29-point performance on Saturday. He is very creative off of the bounce, can finish in a variety of ways in both the mid-range and at the rim, and can set up his teammates as a passer. Impressive showing for the Fort Wayne South Side High School product.
You won’t find many prospects in the Class of 2027 on the Prep Hoops Circuit that are better scorers than this Pike High School product. Thomas has consistently put up some big time scoring numbers throughout the spring and that certainly was the case once again as EG10 2027 went 5-0 and won the championship at the Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament. Thomas averaged 16.6 points per game to lead his team to the de facto title. He is so quick with the ball, so skilled on the perimeter, and a creative finisher against size at the end of his drives.
Another Fort Wayne South Side High School product, Timberlake-Johnson was one of the standouts for Team Robinson 2027 as they went 3-1 on the weekend at the Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament. The physical guard averaged 17 points per game which included his big 25-point showing in a win over Evansville Finest on Saturday. He is a talented playmaker off of the bounce that can create his own shot from anywhere on the floor. Timberlake-Johnson has been a consistent top performer on the Prep Hoops Circuit throughout the spring and is poised for a bigger summer.

Vice proved to be one of the most productive big men at the Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament while leading his Midwest Stars 2027 team to an impressive 3-2 record and a pair of competitive showings against EG10 2027 including one in the semifinals. The 6’6″ forward/center averaged 20.8 points per game while dominating everything around the basket. He displayed good hands and footwork inside, scored on the block at a high percentage, and even stepped out to make a couple of three-point shots.Under-the-radar prospect with a high ceiling.
There is a lot of talent on the EG10 2027 team and they proved it once again over the holiday weekend going 5-0 to win the Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament. It was a relatively balanced attack with several standouts from game-to-game, but Woods was a consistent scoring averaging just over 10 points per game which included a game on Saturday afternoon where he connected on seven three-point shots while scoring 23 points. Woods can get hot in a hurry from beyond the arc and what he showed on Saturday certainly has been seen at other times throughout the spring on the Prep Hoops Circuit.
