Physical wing/forward that played through a minor injury late in the day, but was really affective throughout camp with his combination of size and skill. Good mobility for his size. Showed he was able to guard basically all five positions at the high school level. Monster rebounder on both ends that did most of his damage in the paint. Strong finisher with a soft touch. Also showed he can step out and drive closeouts from the perimeter. Fluid athlete that combines physicality with finesse.

Physical, versatile wing forward that I will get eyes on for the first time at the UIndy Elite Camp on Sunday. 6’4” inside-out impact player that makes plays on both sides of the floor with his length and athleticism. Confident three-point shooter, but is best getting downhill finishing at the rim. Strong frame that plays through contact well. Defensively, he’s a big time rebounder and a player that can guard multiple positions. High energy guy that could really stand out on Sunday with his activity on the floor.

Bowman will play his senior season at North Decatur High School. The 6’4″ wing/forward checks a lot of boxes in terms of athletic and physical tools. He is a strong right hand driver who can rise up and play above the rim at the end of his drives. There were some good moments throughout this spring and summer with Indiana Elite Team Tradition 17u. Bowman continues to fly a bit under-the-radar, but could be one to watch in the Class of 2027 at The Expo.

Bowman is a big physical forward who stood out immediately on the court! Andrew Bowman has elite strength and athleticism that jumps out with his ability to finish around the rim. I really loved his overall motor that he plays with especially on the defensive end. Bowman also impressed with his ability to knock down free throws at a high clip displaying his pure free throw shooting form. He has elite versatility for his size and position. I was very impressed with his vision as a passer for a big. He uses his height well to see over the defense getting the ball to open teammates in rhythm leading to scores. Andrew is a stellar all-around small forward with a very heigh ceiling!

An athletic wing to watch this weekend down in Texas on the Adidas Gold Circuit is Andrew Bowman Andrew Bowman 6'4" | SF/PF North Decatur | 2027 IN out of Greensburg High School. Bowman runs with Indiana Elite Team Tradition 17U and has showed some nice plays on the wing throughout the spring. Bowman is a 6’4 small forward that attacks closeouts very well while also being an energetic rebounder, as well. Produces in a lot of area for Team Tradition.

After getting his feet wet at the varsity level as a freshman, Bowman should be ready to step into the void left by some graduation at Greensburg High School. The versatile 6’3″ forward can swing from the wing to a front court spot with solid athleticism and strength. He rebounds the ball from his position, attacks closeouts consistently in a straight line, and is a high percentage finisher around the rim. Under-the-radar prospect poised to make some noise as a sophomore this season.

The Indiana Bucket Boys 2027 squad went 3-1 at the Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament advancing to Sunday’s semifinals. Bowman was a big part of their success averaging 12 points per game. He is a 6’1″ guard from Greensburg High School that is an excellent driver and overall playmaker. Whether it was breaking his man down off of the dribble to get all of the way to the rim, getting a piece of the paint to draw help, or finding an open teammate, Bowman accomplished a lot with the ball in his hands throughout the weekend.
