The up tempo lead guard brought pace to his new squad on Tuesday night. He flew down the court in transition and was unselfish with the ball. That's a good way to fit in with the defending 6A champions. But he's more than a set up man, Freeman's quality perimeter shooter and ability to get downhill was also on display. It will be interesting to watch how he fits in with his new squad, as he'll still be a primary ballhandler but Owasso is loaded with weapons. He'll get ample opportunities to prove he's a set up man, while remaining a scoring threat.

There were sophomore growing pains for Garrett, but the upside was evident. That has led to a productive spring for Garrett, with it becoming clear that he has the potential to play on the ball. Which it seems like he'll get ample opportunities to do for Memorial. The first half against Holland Hall was a good example of his scoring ceiling, earning trips to the line and even hitting jumpers off the dribble. Consistency will be a key theme to watch for Garrett and his Chargers as they attempt to reach their lofty ceiling.

Continues to look the part as one of the top 2026s in Oklahoma. Physically gifted with strength and quickness, that makes him a two way threat. Fell in love with his off the dribble jumper a bit too much in the first half in the more relaxed setting of summer basketball. But still dynamic and a threat on drives. Wilson will carry a bigger load this winter for the Dutch as they look to break through against the expected favorites in 4A, Douglass and Weatherford.

After a promising end to his junior season, Johnson is experience a strong spring with a more fluid off the dribble game. That was evident in the first half against Holland Hall. He showed more poise and skill with a hesitation stop and finish against one of the top athletes in Oklahoma. The ceiling is there for Johnson to be an 5A All State quality player for a Memorial squad hungry to start at new State Tournament streak.

Rising guard in the Tulsa Metro, caught fire late in the contest with quality three point shooting. Made the defense pay for not hard hedging or being aggressive on ball screens. Solid quickness and good pace and feel with the ball in hands his was on display throughout. Early in the second half brought some questions about his strength and physicality around the rim. But later in the contest, he did hit a "big boy" move on a physical And 1 finish. If that's the norm, he can be a complete scorer for Sapulpa as they look to make noise in 5A.

Dow remains in the "monitor" stage, with promising moments. Including a baseline drive and contested finish that brought "oohs and ahhhs" from the crowd. In six months it's the type of move that could fully bring the house down as he continues to become stronger and more explosive. Broken Arrow returns five 2025 prospects, so while 2026 prospect might not start he'll still play be a big role this year. Especially as he fits well into the versatile and athletic lineup the Tigers have. With a pivotal junior season ahead, he'll need to start turning potential into production.
