2025 Jack Lutz Jack Lutz 6'0" | SG Whitnall | 2025 State WI continued to make his name known this season with arguably the best overall season of any player in the Woodland East. Before being named First Team and Conference Player of the Year we watched Lutz dominate offensively finishing his junior season averaging nearly 24 points per game. The 6′ guard led his team to a Conference Championship, though his most impressive stateline came in a non-conference matchup vs Madison Lafollete. Lutz finished with 35 points in the victory. Lutz is committed to play baseball at Indiana State.
Logan Laine | South Milwaukee
6’7 Logan Laine put together an extremely notable junior campaign. He’s been an impact player the last two seasons for South Milwaukee but turned into a key leader and two-way threat during the 2023-2024 season. Laine finished fourth in conference scoring, averaging just over 17 points per game. His top-performing game was a win over Cudahy when Laine finished with a season-high 34 points. A threat on the glass as well, Laine was third in the conference in rebounding at nearly 10 rebounds per game. In a matchup against Brown Deer, Laine grabbed a season-high 19 rebounds. He’s extremely athletic and mobile on both ends of the floor and is one of the top players to watch going into his final season.
Codie Jones Codie Jones 6'2" | SG Brown Deer | 2026 State WI | Brown Deer
The lone sophomore on such an impressive list for a reason. Code Jones was the needle turner this season for Brown Deer. An offensive standout and a playmaker offensively, he was a tough cover this team against most opponents. He does a great job reading defenders and finishing with contact. The 6’2 guard led his team in both scoring and rebounds last season. Jones averaged nearly 20 poitns per game, finishing 3rd in conference scoring. In a huge win over South Milwaukee, Jones led Brown Deer with 34 points.
Dahir Abdullahi Dahir Abdullahi 5'11" | PG Greenfield | 2025 WI | Greenfield
2025 guard Dahir Abdullahi Dahir Abdullahi 5'11" | PG Greenfield | 2025 WI appears to be just scratching the surface of how talented he will be in the Woodland Conference. He’s relentless on both ends of the floor, consistently hustling for the 50/50’s or trying to make the big defensive stop. This season he did a bit of everything before being named First Team. Abdullahi averaged 16 points per game, the 5th most in the conference. At just 5’10, Abdullahi managed to average nearly 6 rebounds per game as well. Most notable? His 35 point, 9 rebound and 5 assist performance against Milwaukee Lutheran. Look for him to be the go-to guy again next season.
Myles Herro Myles Herro 6'2" | PG Whitnall | 2025 State #237 Nation WI | Whitnall
6 ‘3 2025 Myles Herro Myles Herro 6'2" | PG Whitnall | 2025 State #237 Nation WI played a key role in the success of Whitnall this season. Assisting the team to a Conference Championship through his ability to make the right pass, read the defense and knock down the open shot. Herro finished second in assists averaging nearly 7 assists per game. Before being named to the First Team, Herro averaged 13.5 points per game, including a 17 point, 11 board and 7 assist performance against a top Pius XI squad. Herro holds a D1 offer from Cal Poly.
Isiah Allen | Milwaukee Lutheran
2024 Isiah Allen will take his talent and leadership to Northern Michigan following a remarkable closing chapter to his high school campaign. Before being named to First Team, Allen finished tied for 1st in conference scoring by averaging nearly 24 points per game. He led his team in all statistical categories as well. Allen checks all of the boxes, including finishing in top 5 in rebounding at nearly 8 boards per game. The Northern Michigan commit is shifty, plays with a high IQ and has the ceiling to make a major impact at the next level.
