Prep Hoops will provide various editions of true stock risers from the 2026-2028 classes. Let’s get into a list of “Next Up” risers from this season.
Thok Gol Thok Gol 6'8" | PF Victory Christian | 2026 State FL | F | 2026 | Victory Christian | @thok_Gol
One of the premier Florida prospects that you will soon know is rising sophomore Thok Gol Thok Gol 6'8" | PF Victory Christian | 2026 State FL . The kid stands at nearly 6-8 with long arms and solid footwork to stay fluid with the size. He came over to Victory with head coach Steve Fitzgerald who is in the process of transforming Gol into a college-ready recruit. He’s making it happen on his own with some impressive offseason performances. We will provide updates on his overall progression and recruitment.
Ethan Sabec Ethan Sabec 6'7" | SF Calvary Christian | 2026 State FL | G | 2026 | Calvary Christian | @EthanSabec2026
College coaches looking for a rising versatile 2026 G that can shoot lights out with a deep bag of skills, get eyes on Ethan Sabec Ethan Sabec 6'7" | SF Calvary Christian | 2026 State FL . This kid is fresh off an 18.5 ppg and 7.7 rebound season where he finished second on the team in scoring as a sophomore. With a 6-7 frame, he has truly put his name even more on the map with some productive performances this AAU period. Another high upside prospect that has a chance to lock in college offers.
Jeremy Nixon Jeremy Nixon 6'6" | SF Kathleen | 2025 State FL | G | 2025 | Kathleen | @JeremyNixon_
Nixon is one of the more underrated 2025 prospects not just in Polk but the entire state. He’s been dominating the off-season where he’s seen his stock rise with talented AAU performances. He jumps out of the gym when watching his film while using his 6-5 frame to dominate smaller guards and flash his smooth knock-down jump shot. Nixon is a potential wing/guard at the next level that will be a true scoring threat as he continues to develop.
Mohamed Kamara | WING | 2026 | Capital Christian | @MoKam_12
Kamara dominated the fall year and I’m not sure how he’s not getting the coverage. The 6-8, 200-pounder is a beast in the scoring and rebound departments as he nearly averages a double-double. He’s made a recent move over to Capital Christian where he will look to continue dominating on both sides of the floor. In the meantime, he’s made some noise during the off-season AAU period. Keep your eye on this kid and team to finish strong.
Nick Bearden | CG | 2025 | St. Pete | @nick_bearden3
Bearden is a scoring machine as he finished in the top 10 scoring list for 2025s with 22.1 ppg. He’s put on some impressive showings in the offseason where he can be a primary ball handler and initiate the offense. The 6-3, 180-pound two-sport athlete is an athletic scoring guard who can generate some college interest.
