Prep Hoops will provide various editions of true stock risers from the 2026-2028 classes. Let’s get into a list of “Next Up” risers from this season.
Dante Allen Dante Allen 6'5" | SF Riviera Prep | 2025 State #57 Nation FL | G/F | 2025 | Riviera Prep | @Dante_allen35
One of the top players in the state helped lead his team to a 3A state championship while scoring 21.0 ppg throughout the regular season. The No. 9 ranked player in our PH rankings is listed at 6-5 with do-it-all type skills on the hardwood. This kid has potential to be a sleeper Power 4 commit.
Isaiah Campbell-Finch Isaiah Campbell-Finch 6'1" | PG Tampa Catholic | 2025 State #361 Nation FL | CG | 2025 | Tampa Catholic | @Isaiah_CFinch
The 6-1 point guard has elite shot-making abilities from anywhere within the half-court. Campbell-Finch uses his speed, agility, and handles to get to the rim. He is unafraid to score against bigger sized players and finish with the contact. His on-the-ball defense is also great and is extremely active in the passing lanes. Campbell-Finch holds offers from Ohio and South Florida but expect that list to continue to grow.
MJ Harper | G | 2025 | Process Academy | @Overtimemj
Harper has been a productive scoring threat for Process Academy and is starting to get some legitimate college love. The 6-3 guard has lit up the scoreboard this season as he’s recorded around 5 30+ point games while showing off his smooth jumper and sneaky athleticism. I’m not sure how this kid has fallen under the radar after evaluating his film and impact on the hardwood. A must-see kid for college coaches looking for unexposed Ball Players.
Jhett Carter Jhett Carter 6'6" | SF Astronaut | 2025 State FL | F | 2025 | Astronaut | @Carterj1_
A 6-6 forward prospect that can jump out of the gym with crazy bounce and protect the rim with it as well as someone college coaches should be in contact with. He’s getting it done in all phases for Astronaut (9-6) this season as he’s leading the team in various categories. The rising junior has really good upside because of his frame and advanced mechanics/understanding of the game. It runs in the Carter genes, and I expect this kid to keep getting better on both sides of the ball.
Matthew Able | G | 2025 | Berkeley Prep | @MatthewAble35
The 6-4 guard is one of the most consistent perimeter shooters as he has a smooth catch-and-shoot release. His body control and placement on the defensive end have taken a huge leap so far in the spring. His length and versatility allow Able to play multiple positions on the floor whether he’s a guard or a wing. Expect his recruitment to start heating up as we gear into the summer.
Fritz Odige | F | 2025 | Lehigh | @fritzodigee_
Odige is a 6-8 explosive and athletic forward prospect who has made some noise in the off-season with powerful windmill-type finishes at the rim. He’s another sleeper who has put together a solid spring output before heading into the summer session.
Andrew Signorelli Andrew Signorelli 6'5" | SF Kings Academy | 2024 State FL | SG | 2025 | King’s | @AndrewSig15
The 6’5 wing prospect has lit up the AAU period playing with Limitless as he has heated up from behind the arc with a deadly perimeter jumper. He’s been one of the under-the-radar recruits that have created a buzz around his potential to play at the next level as he continues to raise his stock. Consistent shooter that is creative with the ball in his hands.
