Tollestrup looked good this past weekend as he did some good things. He was solid in transition, especially because he can spread the floor with shooting and some of that size. He was playing the 3 for The Salt Lake Rebels and he continues to prove his upside and in time he should be able to continue to add to his shooting skills and overall game.
Hansen is a solid glue guy and he is doing taht and a little bit more on the club circuit right noe. Hansen handled the ball well and he was a ball mover. He makes the right reads and witha little bit of size he defends well. He has some solid fundamentals. I expect that he will be a nbig time producer for Timpview with that continued development he will get at the grassroots level.
Jackson was consistent this weekend fnding ways to impact the game as a true PG. he was moving the ball around, getting people in the right spots and finding ways to score in the paint and out in the perimeter. Really stepped up his defensive game as well. Jackson looks stronger than he did during the high school season.
Highlights
Hadfield was undersized this past weekend but he was able to use that speed and quickness to do some good things. This was a great weekend to build on. He is still raw but being able to hold his own on defense against bigger guys is what he is use to and he did great.
Highlights
Rueckert is a monster! He helped get his team to a 4-0 first stage on the 3SSB Circuit and he is attacking the rim with ZERO fear. He does not care if there is a defender there he is coming to finish and punish. You can see that he is starting to get stronger and his body looks like it’s taking shape. he moved his way up the rankings from 2 to 1 and simply because of his rise and upside. This shoots the three and can beat people off the dribble and with that size he just project very well. D1’s need to continue to recruit this kid, he’s special.
