Tia had moments last year seeing a lot of time as a freshman that made you really see that he has a chance to turn things up and impact the game with more time on the floor and reps. He is an athlete that is a multi-sport athlete and you can see his grit and strength in that sense. His skills are there and this spring/summer look for him to enhance his shooting ability and finishing ability. He is a really good young piece over at Cyprus High School.
Tobler is a big time stock riser as he has that “It” factor that will get him on the floor. Do not be surprised if he earns that starting position over at Farmington because the kid can play. He will be quicker, faster and stronger and that will elevate the skills that he already has driving the ball to the rim and shooting out in the perimeter.
Currently he might be the best two way player out there and he might also be the best multi-sport athlete as well as he has been playing at an elite level on teh football field as well. Sparrow made his way on the floor at Davis High School as a freshman which is very hard to do. He handles the ball well and he uses that change of pace, quick first step and just a strong handle in general. Look for him to continue to improve his game and as a lead guard the game might slow down for him and he will be able to see the game through a different lens.
Preston has really surprised with he level of growth. He has good size on the ball and off the ball. He has some fundamental footwork that you might not see from players his age. He has the skills to take control of a game and he also has the skills and vision to get others involved. He is a player to know that has stock rising potential.
Lanky big man with a lot of potential and with a lot of players graduating from his position out there on the floor at the varsity level he is set to be one of those players that will elevate his game by the amount of reps that he will get playing more. He is mobile and will likely be able to switch 1-5 and if he puts on some muscle this offseason he is going to continue to rise.
