Asuma had a massive showing against Class AAA Rock Ridge putting up 32 points with 19 rebounds and 10 assists. A night later in a 56 point win over Mesabi East, Asuma had 23 points, nine assists and nine rebounds playing less than half of the game. Averaged 26 points, seven rebounds and six assists for the top rated team in Class AA. Park Center beat Irondale 100-44 but no stats were reported from their first playoff game. Ferguson had 41 in a dozen points in a dozen point loss to Brainerd including a pair of scores in the final 30 seconds. Also had two boards and three assists. He then had 27 points, nine boards and seven assists in a blowout win over Little Falls. Kyle was outstanding in the Twin Cities Championship game against St. Paul Central with 24 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists. There were no stats posted by Washburn for their wins over St. Anthony and Minneapolis Southwest. Jalen scored 22 in a loss to Farmington and 29 in a win over Chaska in the first playoff game.
