Tue., March 19th…Parkland vs. Archbishop Wood: This 6A semifinal features two of the best shooting guards in the state. Parkland’s all-everything shooting guard Nick Coval Nick Coval 6'1" | CG Parkland | 2024 State PA (Davidson commit) averaged 22 ppg. this winter, eclipsed the career 2,000-point mark and was the East Penn Conference POY for the second straight season. Wood superstar Jalil Bethea Jalil Bethea 6'4" | SG Archbishop Wood | 2024 State #5 Nation PA owns an extraordinarily impressive basketball resume too. Bethea posted 23 ppg. this season, was the PCL Co-POY and is committed to Miami. Wood will also get major contributions from Drexel Commit Josh Reed Josh Reed 6'3" | CG Archbishop Wood | 2024 State PA (19.9 ppg. & 8 rpg.) as well as guards Milan Dean Milan Dean 6'3" | SF Archbishop Wood | 2025 State #286 Nation PA , Deuce Maxey Deuce Maxey 6'2" | SG Archbishop Wood | 2025 State PA , and Michael Green Michael Green 5'10" | CG Archbishop Wood | 2025 State PA . Tue., March 19th…Reading vs. Central York: This District 3-6A semifinal contest pits the defending 6A state champions (Reading) against one of the York area’s deepest lineups. Reading’s efforts to repeat as state champions will rely heavily on the guard tandem of Yadiel Cruz (Berks Conference POY) and Nick Chapman Nick Chapman 5'10" | CG Reading | 2024 State PA . Reading’s lineup also contains freshman sensation Jeremiah Camara and multi-skilled wing Weshly Rosario Weshly Rosario 5'10" | PG Reading | 2026 State PA . Central York’s plethora of scoring options makes them extremely difficult to stop. Multi-talented wing Greg Guidinger Greg Guidinger 6'6" | SF Central York | 2024 State PA (multiple DI offers) can score at every level. Tue., March 19th…Devon Prep vs. Math, Civics & Sciences: This 3A semifinal game is a rematch between two teams that played back on March 1st. Devon Prep won that game easily (55-33) thanks to the efforts of point-forward Zane Conlan (17 ppg. & 8.7 rpg.), small forward prospect Reece Craft Reece Craft 6'6" | SF Devon Prep | 2025 State PA (12 ppg. & 6 rpg.) and scoring combo-guard Mason Thear Mason Thear 5'11" | CG Devon Prep | 2025 State PA (8 ppg.). Junior Shane Doyle Shane Doyle 6'3" | SG Devon Prep | 2025 State PA is another prospect to watch for DP. However, the MCS lineup also has legitimate college prospects, and they will be looking to avenge their disappointing loss from earlier this month. The backcourt trio of point guard Milak Myatt Milak Myatt 6'3" | SG Math, Civics, and Sciences | 2026 State PA , shooting guard Alantay Dawson and combo guard Zion Robinson Zion Robinson 5'10" | CG Math, Civics and Sciences | 2026 State PA will present serious matchup issues for DP. 2024 wing prospect Aiden Brown has stepped up his game during the 3A tourney. He is averaging 12 point per game for MCS over their last two state tourney contests. Plus, the MCS roster features rising freshman prospect Rahkiy Mason. Tipoff is at 7:30PM at Cardinal O’Hara.
Tue., March 19th…Holy Cross vs. Constitution: Scranton area powerhouse Holy Cross takes on PPL contender Constitution in this 2A semifinal. Holy Cross is led by three-point sniper Mike Hughes Mike Hughes 6'0" | CG Holy Cross | 2025 PA (2025). Running with Hughes will be freshman sensation CJ Thompson and junior forward Matt Lyons Matt Lyons 6'6" | PF Holy Cross | 2025 PA . Thompson is one of the best kept secrets in Pennsylvania’s Class of 2027. Taking the court for Constitution will be the elite senior backcourt duo of point guard Kyree Latimer Kyree Latimer 6'3" | CG Constitution | 2024 State PA and combo guard Perry Fields Perry Fields 6'1" | CG Constitution | 2024 State PA .
