Paris was one of my favorite players to watch on Sunday with the combination of his skill and athleticism. He attacked the basket with no fear, being able to absorb lots of contact for a finish. He brought good energy on the defensive end, poking the ball away from opposing ball handlers for steals. He was tough to stop in transition, as he could convert on a full speed score himself or find a teammate for an assist. Pollard is also a threat from the perimeter, being able to create separation using the dribble for pull-up makes from three point land.

Donovin has an elite offensive game and it was fun to watch him go to work for scores in isolation. I was most impressed with his ability to connect with looks off the dribble, which he sometimes could shoot off balance. He could extend out to three-point makes or get to his spots in the mid-range. Most of the scores I saw from Diaz did come from the perimeter, but he can convert inside as well.

I liked what Ben brought to the table as a guard who scored in many ways. He can knock down shots from the perimeter, being able to pull up off the dribble for makes. The majority of the scoring I saw him do was around the basket, blowing by defenders for strong takes to the basket. Lindesmith could also outrun opponents down the floor, pushing the ball following a rebound or outlet pass which would then create transition opportunities.

Matt’s game was very smooth and every move he made looked comfortable and calculated. He could serve as the main ball handling option for his team, being able to create for others and limit turnovers. Kachman has excellent vision and is always looking to find a teammate when giving open floor opportunities. I was surprised with some of the rebounds that he came down with as a smaller guard. The lefty could also create scoring looks for himself using the dribble.
Highlights
Michael was getting to the basket with ease on Sunday, being able to create using the dribble to get around a defender to get inside. He was converting on scores in the half court, as well as when running in transition. Beliveau also looked comfortable shooting the ball from the perimeter when given enough space.

Malcolm had decent size for the guard position and looked confident creating for himself. I saw him get downhill for an impressive finish, getting around his defender and penetrating for a nice take and score. He could be another name to add to the long list of Minneapolis North guards who have major success when they get to the varsity level.
I liked the unselfish play style that Quincy brought to Sunday. He was always looking to get his teammates involved and created opportunities for easy baskets for his team. Smith looked like an easy player to play with and someone that you would like to have on your roster.
