Zach Davis, 6’6 F – Colchester H.S. Class of 2024
The big fella has been an absolute anchor for CHS these past few years. Zach’s versatility on offense is clear from the jump. Davis shoots the ball really well with nice range on his jumper, can play bully ball inside, and reads the floor exceptionally, operating as a facilitator at times from various spots. His defensive impact is strongest around the paint with his rim protection, post defense, and help against drives. ZD’s work on the glass was consistent all year, averaging around 15 ppg. and around 10 boards. Consistent on both ends with serious shooting.
Tobey Bellows Tobey Bellows 6'4" | PG Harwood Union | 2024 New E , 6’2 G – Harwood Union H.S. Class of 2024
The engine that makes HU run, Tobey Bellows Tobey Bellows 6'4" | PG Harwood Union | 2024 New E . His fingerprints were all over every single game they played, contributing in essentially every stat category. He averaged a near triple-double on the season, going for 21 ppg., around 11 assists and nine rebounds. His ability to create space from 3 with and without the ball gave opponents fits, and he shot it efficiently throughout the season. When the defense sent two, Tobey would dice them up with his ability to manipulate defensive rotations and hit the guy on their finger pads with feeds. His feel is exceptional.
Pascal Munezero, 5’8 G – Burlington H.S. Class of 2027
A top perimeter defender in the 802, hands down. Pascal’s fullcourt ball pressure does not relent, and his timing on crossovers and hang dribbles has led to countless guys getting their pockets picked and to Munezero bursting into transition for lightning quick lays. His athleticism and leaping ability has him all in the passing lanes and he can clean glass too. On the other end, he’ll cut teams up with his slashing, can orchestrate the offense when called upon, and has flashed the jumper from each level. Freshman of the year.
Carson Cody, 6’3 G/W – Montpelier H.S. Class of 2025
Posting around 20 ppg. is no surprise. Carson’s scoring touch is top of each D2’s scouting report when facing MHS. He’s a sure-fire scorer who gets it going at each level whether it’s with the bounce or with movement. His 3-ball is crisp and has range, and when he slashes he has nice control, able to finish at the rim or stop on a dime, pivot, and turn into a mid to short-range jumper. Defensively active and disruptive in the press and in the halfcourt with his length, athleticism, reads and some rebounding, Cody’s two-way impact is considerable.
Deng Aguek, 6’3 G – South Burlington H.S. Class of 2025
Even I have overlooked Deng at times this year. Aguek’s a long, athletic guard who showcased his ability to impact the game in various ways all season. He’s an adept on-ball defender who makes life tough and his rebounding numbers reached double-digits rather often. Then comes his offense. Deng shoots it well, has range on the jumper, and is crafty when getting inside where he can finish with his leaping ability or with footwork. A good reader of the floor too, Deng will likely have the keys to the SB car next season.
