Fanta has very easily become one of the top big men prospects to get to know in the 2025 class in North Carolina as he debuts at No. 10 as a new face. He played stellar for Victory Christian Center through 15 games before being sidelined with an injury. He’s due for a strong spring/summer after producing 10.7 PPG, 10.3 RPG and 1.8 BPG through 15 contests for the Kings this season. At 6-foot-11, he’s certainly a prospect for college programs to get eyes on.
Younger is a strong guard/wing prospect to get to know out of Weddington High. At 6-foot-4, 220 pounds, he’s already got a college-ready frame to work with and he’s shown in his production with 22.9 PPG, 6.8 RPG, 2.7 APG and 1.9 SPG on 59 percent shooting from the field and 37 percent shooting from behind the arc. He had himself quite the breakout junior year in leading Weddington to the third round of the NCHSAA State Playoffs as he debuts at No. 24 as a new face.

Highlights
Leuthardt is becoming quite the frontcourt piece in the Mooresville rotation as he makes his debut in the 2025 class at 35 in the latest rankings update. He’s quite the high-level shot blocker at 6-foot-7 given his length and athleticism on the floor defensively. Offensively, he’s not afraid to stretch the floor with his ability to shoot the ball on the perimeter and create on the wing. He’s a Swiss national prospect worth noting in the class.

White makes his debut at No. 42 in the latest rankings update for the 2025 class. He led the Covenant Day School offense this season at the floor general role, producing 8.6 PPG, 5.6 APG, 5.1 RPG and 1.8 SPG as a new addition to their rotation. He took the NCISAA by storm with his pedigree at the floor general role and has a bright future ahead of him over the next few months as grassroots basketball heats up.
Highlights
Little was quite the star for Anson High this season as he led their scoring attack with 29.4 PPG, according to MaxPreps. He’s an active 6-foot-2 guard prospect who also produced 6.4 RPG, 4.3 SPG and 2.6 APG on 63 percent shooting from the floor and 42 percent shooting from deep. He knocked down 46 3-pointers on the year while showing off an ability to create instant offense on the defensive end. Given his strong frame, he’s got a college-ready body on both the hardwood and the football field.

East Carolina commit Jordan Vick Jordan Vick 5’11” | PG Word of God | 2025 State NC lands at No. 51 as a recent mover into the 2025 class with his move to Word of God. He’s an athletic lead guard with a strong knack for scoring the ball on the perimeter and making things happen off the bounce. As he continues to develop his all-around skills and improve on his strength, look for his name to continue to grow in the class.
Blair is another dual-sport athlete to keep track of in the latest rankings update in the 2025 class. He was quite the presence in the Mount Tabor backcourt this season alongside Shamarius Peterkin Shamarius Peterkin 6’3″ | CG Mount Tabor | 2025 State NC . He’s already a top safety on the football field and utilized his strength/athleticism on the hardwood to pace the Spartans’ backcourt/wing attack. He does well to attack the painted area and is an athletic finisher around the rim when given opportunities. He’s down to 10 schools already in his recruitment for football with: Michigan, Virginia Tech, Notre Dame, Miami, Florida State, Louisville, Wake Forest, South Carolina, Maryland and Penn State.
Howard is a junior guard prospect to get to know at Concord Academy. The 6-foot-3 wing had himself a productive junior campaign with the Eagles as he averaged 9.5 PPG and 2.9 RPG on 53 percent shooting from the field and 39 percent from behind the arc. He exploded for 23 points on 9-of-10 shooting from the field, 3/3 from 3-PT land in a big victory over Gaston Day back on Dec. 8. He’s a prospect climbing up the radar with his prowess on the hardwood.
Adams makes his debut in the 2025 rankings out of Knightdale High at No. 77. He’s coming along quite nicely in the Knights’ frontcourt after producing 5.0 PPG, 7.6 RPG and 1.6 BPG in his junior season. He’s beginning to show flashes of his ability to be a consistent force in the painted area. He’ll be a name to keep an eye on this spring/summer as a grassroots rising prospect.
McCutcheon took much of the 2025 class by storm this season as Corvian Community School made its first appearance in the NCHSAA 1A State Championship game. He’s a versatile wing at 6-foot-6 who isn’t afraid to attack off the bounce and make things happen as a slasher and shooter. He put up 8.9 PPG, 5.4 RPG, 1.5 BPG and 1.3 APG as a stat-sheet stuffer. Defensively, he’s shown he can fly around and wreak havoc around the rim with his length/athleticism. As he continues to develop, he’s a prospect for DI and DII programs in the region to get eyes on.
Reyes finally makes his debut in the 2025 rankings following another productive year with Garner High. He was their unsung leader on the hardwood this season with his ability to attack off the dribble and score tough buckets in the painted area. When he’s locked in and in rhythm, he’s shown he can knock down shots in a variety of ways. He debuts at No. 84 as a prospect for DII programs in the region to get eyes on.
Beckwith makes his debut in the Top 100 at No. 96 in the latest rankings update for the 2025 class. He’s a sizeable name to know at 6-foot-6 with a strong knack for finishing around the rim and in the painted area. He posted 13.6 PPG, 7.9 RPG and 2.0 APG on 41 percent shooting from the field to lead Heritage High. He’s a prospect to get on the radar for college programs in the region.
Myers is the last of the new additions in the Top 100 at No. 99 out of Word of God. He’s got a smooth feel for shooting the ball at the combo guard spot and when he’s dialed in, he’s hard to stop. He isn’t the fastest or most athletic prospect but he makes up for it with his body control and strength with the ball. He’s a prospect for college programs in the region to keep eyes on with NJ Scholars on the grassroots scene.
