<p>Rink moved up 41 spots in the rankings update as he has the ability to control the paint at both ends of the floor. The 6'9 post swats almost everything around the rim and influences plenty of others. Rink skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and plays with good footwork down low. He has a nice touch around the basket and is able to get position down low. Rink is one of the most intriguing prospects in the 2024 class with his combination of size, length and athleticism.</p>

<p>Powell lit up the scoreboard all season long, which resulted in him moving up 39 spots in the update. The 6'0 guard has a lightning quick first step, which he uses to blow by his defender off the bounce and finish around the rim. Powell has a nice release on his jumper and can shoot either off the catch or bounce. He uses his quick hands to get deflections on defense and pushes the pace well in transition. Powell is a high-scoring guard prospect who is one of the top available guards in the 2024 class.</p>

<p>Burke had a strong senior season, which resulted in him moving up 39 spots in the update. The Kenyon commit has a good touch around the basket and is unafraid of drawing contact. Burke has an underrated face-up game as he can put the ball on the floor and knock down open jumpers from behind the arc. He works hard for rebounds on both ends of the floor and is an underrated shot-blocker. Burke is a skilled forward prospect who influenced the game at both ends of the floor in 2023-24.</p>

The 6'4 guard has a good handle, which he uses to get to the rim off the bounce and can finish in a variety of ways around the rim. Smith-Bey rises up with confidence on his jumper and makes opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor. Smith-Bey is an athletic guard prospect whose ability to impact the game at both ends of the floor has helped his stock in a big way this season.</p>

<p>Kress ran the show for the Rams this season and moved up 36 spots in the rankings with his play on the court. The 5'11 guard has a smooth release on his jumper and can knock down triples in bunches. Kress is more than just a shooter as he can also get into the paint off the bounce and finish through contact around the rim. He finds his open teammates in the halfcourt and is an underrated defender. Kress had five 30-point games this season as he was a big-time scorer for Randolph throughout the season.</p>
