Rink is a double-double machine that does most of his damage in the painted area. At 6’8″ he can play and guard multiple positions. He uses his quickness to get by slower defenders. He has a strong upper body he uses when looking to score under the rim and when crashing in for rebounds. Rink is an elite shot-blocker that will erase anything in his path around the rim. On pick-n-rolls, he rolls to the basket nicely setting up open-look opportunities in the paint.

Rink may just be the best shot blocker in this class as he blocked 158 shots this past season seemingly denying every shot in his path. He can switch onto anyone being 6’8″. He has the strength to match up with bigger centers and will block their shots too. His timing on blocking jump shots can’t get much better. Rink also has the speed and recovery time to make up for a missed assignment to get the blocked shot on a different end.

Rink is probably the best defender in his class in my opinion as he does everything at such a high and intense level. At the center position Rink will block any shot as he recorded 158 of them this season. Standing at 6’8″ with a long wingspan he can guard every position and switch onto anyone. Rink moves his feet like a guard and protects the paint at an elite level. He is just an overall beast on the defensive end and I’m excited to see what’s in store for him for next season.
