Speed is part of a Chargers squad, that’s had a ton of contributions from underclassmen. The lighting fast PG has used his speed to the tune of 9 points per game, while adding to his playmaking and distributing skills.
Anderson is another young contributor for Clark. The versatile foward is athletic, and has shown terrific offensive instincts, He has shown a nose for the ball, attacking the glass for 7 rebounds per game.
Arnold has served notice to the rest of the state, that he’s one of the top Sophomores. He put together an impressive season, not just with his shooting and scoring, but with his willingness to step up and play the role of Alpha, for a DO squad that fought adversity all season.
Lefty had a more than productive year for a Viking squad that reaches the playoffs. Johnson contributed on the defensive end, while serving as a playmaker and creator for the team.
Knight really helped with the depth and perimeter versatility for the Chargers. The guard is a good defender, and managed to have some games where he scored in transition, providing a spark to a Charger team headed to the playoffs.
Highlights
Faith was dominant in the Mountain Division all year. The play of the guard Price contributed. In addition to his IQ, effort and energy, he added nearly 6 points per game to the 10-0 League champs.
Williams will be called on step up his game in the playoffs. That shouldn’t be a problem for the wing who has lead the Miners all season. The 3 and D guy averaged over 12 points per game for the season.
Sorensen is a quiet assassain that contributed all season long. He can shoot the ball, and is a more than willing defender. Perhaps his best attribute is his ability to consistently make the correct play.
