Tuesday Night Predictions.

Hopkins > BSM

Prediction. CORRECT. Fresh Coast Hoops was at the game and has a video posted on you tube already. Max spoke about Hopkins turning every BSM bad shot and turnover into a transition score rapidly throughout the game.

Park Center > Edina

Prediction. CORRECT. And this was a three score game at the half but the Pirates exploded in the second half for a 41-18 edge. Park Center held Edina to zero players in double figure scoring while [player_tooltip player_id='1452542' first='Ari' last='Gooch'] had 20 and [player_tooltip player_id='1172835' first='Casmir' last='Chavis'] scored 16.

DeLaSalle & Waconia

Prediction. THEY BOTH WON. Somehow this game was changed and Waconia won at Delano in a thriller while DeLaSalle beat Bloomington Kennedy. [player_tooltip player_id='1969343' first='Gavin' last='Olson'] had an incredible 41 point outing including a buzzer beater to lift the Cats over Delano. Waconia got down big but the leaders of the team dug in on the court and earned the win. Meanwhile, downtown Minneapolis, [player_tooltip player_id='2126102' first='Jaeden' last='Udean'] scored 18 and junior [player_tooltip player_id='2103394' first='Dorian' last='Pruitt'] had 19 in the Islanders win.

St. Cloud Tech > Esko

Prediction. WRONG. Although to be fair I really didn't know what I was predicting as I had not seen Esko. Great game by Tech that we covered in much further detail here.... https://prephoops.com/2024/01/st-cloud-tech-87-esko-72-five-things-to-know/

Albany > Osakis

Prediction. CORRECT. Albany controlled this game more than I expected they would by forcing 15 turnovers. Zeke Austin dominated scoring 26 and when I think back to watching Osakis, it's pretty clear that Austin was going to have a serious edge in this game (I didn't think of that).
