A 6-2 wing with a pure stroke from deep, especially off the catch, Faille had 19 points on 7-12 shooting (5-8 3P) with 6 rebounds in Anamosa’s win over North Cedar last Saturday. He moves really well without the ball in his hands and has a quick, pure release. When he gets it rolling, his shots barely move the net, and he had it rolling against the Knights.
2026 PF KeShawn DeShaw KeShawn DeShaw 6'5" | PF Bellevue | 2026 IA (Bellevue)
DeShaw is an athletic, mobile 6-4 big man whose impact on the game goes beyond the box score. In the Comets’ win over Mid-Prairie, he had 9 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and a steal, but his presence in the painted area as a rim protector is extremely valuable for the quick Bellevue guards, knowing they have someone behind them who can erase shots around the rim. He didn’t record any blocks in the game, but he certainly altered the approach of the Golden Hawks when they got into the paint.
2026 SF Spencer Abbott Spencer Abbott 6'2" | SF Bellevue | 2026 IA (Bellevue)
An efficient 6-2 scorer who showed that he can create his own looks off the dribble, Abbott flashed a really good mid-range jumper during the Comets win over Mid-Prairie, finishing with 17 points on 6-11 shooting (5-6 FT) as well as dishing out a pair of assists. He has a good frame that allows him to absorb contact and finish at the rim, and it looks like he may have some floor stretching range in his future.
2027 PF Emerson Kreinbrink Emerson Kreinbrink 6'2" | PF Northeast | 2027 IA (Northeast)
Kreinbrink is a tough, physical 6-2 power forward with soft hands and good touch around the bucket. He keeps the ball moving offensively, is a solid team defender who rotates well and can protect the paint, and he finishes through contact. He had 12 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals, and a block in the Rebels’ blowout win over West Liberty.
2027 SF Bryer Putman Bryer Putman 6'5" | SF Wilton | 2027 State IA (Wilton)
Putman is a big-time scorer who can fill it up in a hurry when he gets it rolling. A 6-3/6-4 combo forward who can score inside and out, he has a pure stroke, finishes at the rim through contact, and has the ability to create off the dribble for himself. He had 19 points and 9 rebounds in the Beavers’ loss to Cascade.
2027 PF Tate Wallace Tate Wallace 6'3" | PF Regina | 2027 State IA (Regina)
Wallace continued his strong freshman season with another really good showing against Monticello, scoring 16 points on an efficient 8-10 shooting to go with 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and a block. An athletic, physical forward with soft touch and good hands, he is able to finish through contact, has a reliable jumper out to about 15 feet, and is a solid all-around defender.
