He plays that firecracker role so well off the bench and bring intensity on the floor. He is a true combo guard in every sense and is a player that Crown Point can rely on getting the offense started or hitting big shots when needed. Was extremely tough on defense, as well. He is built as a 3-and-D type of player that is exacly what we saw from here. His length and discipline caused problems on defense while his outside jumper looked solid for the most part. He has a quick trigger and is not afraid to fire off a shot. Just has to continue to work on consistency but can create other ways to score if his jumper is not falling.u003c/pu003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-658dfe325a9c6"} /-->

He was the main ballhandler at times for Noblesville and was making plays for himself and others. With his length, he was able to exploit the mismatch in the game I watched vs McCutcheon.
[player_tooltip player_id='2628601' first='Xander' last='Niehaus'] - 6'3 Wing 2025 - Castle

A lot of people could have been put as a standout from Castle but when they needed a bucket, Niehaus was who they went with. Real long junior wing that has some smoothness to his game, especially around the rim. Thought he did a good job of splitting the defense, as well. Finished with a total of 22 points in both games. Side note: Castle is going to be a tough out, come Sectional time.
