Donald is fast emerging on coaches’ radars as he has a good combination of speed and skill when he has the basketball in his hands. He brings a solid IQ to his game and is a good decision maker on whether to shoot versus pass the ball. Donald plays at his absolute best when he is facilitating to his teammates as well as his ability to score in bunches at a high level.
Highlights
The 6-7 freshman wing has taken huge strides into his game early into the season, as he is emerging as one of the top prospects in the state. Robinson can knock down shots from the perimeter, as well as show some nifty moves off the dribble where he can get to the rim on a dime. Robinson is averaging 20.3 points and 10.5 rebounds per game through the team’s first four games of the season. He has also improved his jumpshot where he can score off the catch as well as off the bounce at a high level.
Highlights
The 6-2 sophomore point guard plays with a ton of craftiness and has a smooth handle of the basketball, where his assist-to-turnover ratio is second in the state. He is a nifty passer who can find open teammates on the move as well as on the extra pass. He also brings a smooth shot to his game where he can score across all three levels as well as become a matchup nightmare for opposing guards. Look for McFadden to have an emerging season as he is already drawing interest from several mid-major schools.
The 6-4 sophomore point guard has a combination skillset of size, length and athleticism where he has learned how to initiate the offense. Allen has added some muscle to his game where he can finish at the front of the rim on the attack where he is unafraid to get to the free throw line. Allen’s game has also expanded on the defensive end as he is using his length to battle on the glass with bigger players, outmuscling his way to get the rebound off missed shots. Allen adds a true and mature feel for the game where he could start getting on college coaches’ radar sooner rather than later.
The 6-2 sophomore combo guard had a strong outing at the Hoopsgiving Invitational, where he averaged 9.5 points, seven rebounds and six assists per game leading his team to wins over North Florida Educational Institute and Gateway Charter. Sandi does a great job when it comes to being a vocal leader on the floor using his unselfishness to get his teammates involved early and often. Sandi has slowly emerged to be a real deal prospect in this year’s sophomore class.
The 6-7 freshman power forward plays with a ton of length and has brought huge upside early into the season. Nelson is averaging a near double-double at 14.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game through his team’s first two games of the season. He continues to add great footwork on the defensive end of the floor as well whether it’s out on the perimeter or challenging shots at the front of the rim. Nelson will be a name to keep tabs on, not just this season but for the next three years after that. He’s already receiving college coaches’ attention as he currently holds an offer from Jacksonville University.
