3. Hilliard Bradley
The favorites in Columbus, but the Jags will face stiff competition to emerge out of that region and advance to Dayton. Senior Cade Norris Cade Norris 6'3" | PG Hilliard Bradley | 2024 State OH has won a lot of games and they have plenty of shooting around him led by Jeb Bischoff Jeb Bischoff 6'0" | SG Hilliard Bradley | 2024 State OH and Ian Abrass Ian Abrass 6'2" | SG Hilliard Bradley | 2024 State OH . They have size with Duncan Spaulding and transfer from Kentucky Gavin Lightning Gavin Lightning 6'5" | PF Hilliard Bradley | 2026 State OH . Freshman Ben Mirgon Ben Mirgon 6'1" | PG Hilliard Bradley | 2027 State OH will miss the early part of the season but when he returns, Hilliard Bradley will have even more scoring to combine with their always stifling defense.
2. Centerville
Back-to-back-to-back trips to the final four, one ending in a state championship and two ending in heartbreak. Centerville has reloaded around Jonathan Powell Jonathan Powell 6'5" | SG Centerville | 2024 State #164 Nation OH and they have a group that shouldn’t be overlooked. The Greenberg twins are prime breakout candidates and the youngest Njie brother is another prospect ready to bloom under a bigger role. I expect Centerville to be in the thick of the state title race come playoff time.
1. Saint Ignatius
They might’ve lost Ace Buckner to transfer but I still have Saint Ignatius as my top team in Division I heading into this season. The 2025 duo of Damon Friery Damon Friery 6'9" | PF Saint Ignatius | 2025 State #97 Nation OH and Quinn Woidke Quinn Woidke 6'1" | CG Saint Ignatius | 2025 State OH is one of the top Junior duos in the state. Combine that with Division I commits in the frontcourt with Sam Springer and Reece Robinson Reece Robinson 6'7" | PF Saint Ignatius | 2024 State OH and senior Jack Zapolnik Jack Zapolnik 6'0" | PG Saint Ignatius | 2024 State OH , a breakout candidate, and the Wildcats have the pieces to lift the state title trophy in March. Cam Joyce has gotten to Dayton before and this could be the group that breaks through and wins it all.
That wraps up our Division I top 10 rankings, who do you think will win the state championship in March?
