Jonathan Alder

A team that you know is going to make it tough on you defensively and has a couple guards who can get hot in a hurry, that's a great combo to win games. With the defensive unity plus back-court duo of [player_tooltip player_id='1225071' first='Peyton' last='Heiss'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1888354' first='Noah' last='Hess'], expect Jonathan Alder to win a bunch of games this winter.

Columbus Bishop Watterson

Their conference rivals Bishop Hartley and Bishop Ready both snuck in our top 10 but Watterson is a team you can't sleep on this season. They have a new look team with London Johnson transferring in from Olentangy Liberty and [player_tooltip player_id='2052128' first='Dominic' last='Theado'] set for a breakout Junior season after impressing on the gridiron with the regional finalist squad set to kick off tonight Vs Bellefontaine.

Fairfield Union

The reigning MSL and district champions return both [player_tooltip player_id='1832066' first='Caleb' last='Schmelzer'] (MSL POY last season) and [player_tooltip player_id='1832065' first='Caleb' last='Redding']. With those pieces, I once again expect Fairfield Union to be one of the top teams in southeast Ohio this winter.

Vincent Warren

A historic program in southeast Ohio, Warren has some key returning pieces that will make them a tough out once again. Trent Taylor provides size and strength from the wing and guard [player_tooltip player_id='2751432' first='Julian' last='Stadelman'] is one of the top scorers in southeast Ohio.

Chillicothe Unioto

Another winning program from southeast Ohio, Unioto brings a bunch of football players with winning mentalities to the hardwood. Expect the Shermans to once again be near the top of the SVC and receive a high playoff seed.

Tri Valley

The east district always has a unique district setup with how many teams they fit into one district. The Scotties have the talent to emerge from that mega district with [player_tooltip player_id='1432043' first='Max' last='Lyall'] leading the way. The tough MVL schedule will have them prepared for the grind that is the east district playoffs.
