The class of 2028 is a deep and talented one. Many of those talented players made an appearance at the Combine, here’s a look at their evals.
Jerry Anderson
Jerry Anderson
Anderson is a competitive lefty that plays tough. That includes making tough shots and playing tough D. The guard is a willing on ball defender, who showed good end to end speed with the ball in his hands.

Imperial missed the measurements, however he played well enough to earn a spot in the AS game. The PG has good interior finishing ability, including a nice floater that he loves to shoot. He was the best passer at the event, throwing several full court bounce passes on a rope to teammates.
Aaron McMorran Aaron McMorran 5'11" | PG NV

Give McMorran a lot of credit. The lefty who was shuttling back and forth between tournament action, still found time to give out buckets at the camp. He had the most range of anyone at the camp, and displayed improved footwork, using feints and jab steps to freeze defenders to give him just enough time to burry from deep.
Terrance Edmonds
Terrance Edmonds
Edmonds is a powerful player with potential. He posted solid combine numbers, hinting at future agility and athleticism The 230 pound 8th grader leaped almost 20 inches on his vertical and measured over 8 feet on his broad jump, impressive numbers for a player of his size. He was the best pure rebounder at the event, using strong hands to corral boards in volume.
Maleki Sims
Maleki Sims
Simms plays the game with a lot of confidence. The guard was a willing defender, which says a lot for a camp setting. He plays with good speed, getting out in transition and finishing through contact.
Maurice Carter
Maurice Carter
Didn’t stay for the All Star game, but would have definetley been a favorite for MVP honors is he did. Carter is a downhill driver with good quick twitch muscles. His combine metrics were some of the best, and he used that strength to easily split traps, finishing at will. Carter measured one of the best jumps at over 26 inches and best times at 10.5 in the lane agility drill.
Jaylen Collins
Jaylen Collins
Collins is a player to throw into the stockriser category. He knows what he does, and he just contnues to do it well. The lefty has a spot on the floor he likes, and he consistently gets to the nail, raises and knocks down shots. He has good ball speed, to go along with a quick 1st step.
Chase Kramer
Chase Kramer
Kramer impressed with his play. He was good in catch and shoot action, especially from the corners, and made good use of the walk up three. He showed good fundamentals as well, using pump and pass fakes to keep defenders out of position, allowing him to drive or cut to the basket.
Mike Taylor Mike Taylor 6'2" | SF NV

Taylor is a power guard with terrific explosion. He tied the combine vertical record, leaping over 28 inches. It showed in the games as he used an explosive first jump, combined with a quick second jump to grab a ton of offensive boards. A punishing driver, Taylor was virtually unstoppable when playing downhill.
Darius Mcgee Darius Mcgee 5'6" | PG NV
Darius Mcgee Darius Mcgee 5'6" | PG NV
Mcgee is a player that is really starting to carve out a name for himself. He’s a big time on ball defender, that competes hard. He’ll hit the floor for loose balls, and relishes challenging opposing ballhandlers.
Elizjah Scott
Elizjah Scott
Scott is a positionless player that was effective scoring in transition. His usuage rate is low, as he rarely has the ball in his hands, unless his finishing or stealing it. He showed strong mitts, snatching a ton of in traffic offensive rebounds and finishing around the rim.
